What devices does this product support?
The transmitter can be connected to devices using Windows/ MacOS/Linux/iOS that use the USB C port and support the DP protocol, such as: MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Dell XPS13, Dell XPS15,etc.
What transmission protocol is used for the transmission of the product?
The product adopts wireless transmission Wi-Fi 5.8GHz.
Will the transmission distance be affected when the product is used in different rooms or outdoors?
The product has a maximum transmission range of 164 feet in unobstructed conditions, but its wall-penetrating performance is poor, with significant signal attenuation after passing through walls. It is not recommended for use across different rooms.
Is there any delay after the video is transmitted through the wireless transmitter and receiver?
The delay is about 100ms. (It is not recommended to use screencasting in computer games as the delay will be large)
What is the way of reset?
1. Press and hold the reset button of RX for 5s.
2. Press and hold the TX button for 10s, the indicator light will start to flash at intervals of 0.5s, entering the pairing state.
3. After waiting for a while, TX and RX paired successfully.
