Cons: they sent the wrong one and will not replace it so much 4 this place

Pros: Quickly shipped, worked well once installed. Easy to install using parts from old DVD drive. Probably more efficient than original in Dell Inspiron laptop. Just what I needed.

Cons: Make sure you keep old one . Needs the bevel, brace, screws from old drive to install. Not a biggie.

Cons: Was obviously used. Had to swap bezel from old unit to this one. Paid new price for used.
