Please tighten the ribbon rotation roller to make it flat before use, which avoid the error "the cartridge is empty" showing from the machine.
Please don't touch the print side of the photo paper with your fingers.
The size of the cartridge must be identical with the paper tray size. Please confirm the size of your paper tray is "P" or "P/L" size (6 inch)The size of "P" paper tray is 6 inch, the size of "P/L" is 5 or 6 inch. ("P/L" uses 5 inch cartridges by default. Open the box and remove the "L" bracket, you can use 6 inch cartridges.)
