Important Note: Please must close the H P Genuine Mode before you install compatible toner cartridge with chip, the step is Setup>Supply Settings>Cartridge Supply>off. In order to avoid firmware update to block the compatible toner cartridge to be used continuously in the future, please also close the Printer Update and Firmware Update in Setup.
