Our cable support both 5V & 12V, please check whether your PC host port support 12V output. If your PC host port support only 5V, then you can only use with 2.5 inch hard driver. If your pc host port support output of 12V, you can use 2.5 inch or 3.5 inch and 5.25 inch hard driver. 5V output only works with 2.5 inch hard drivers.
