Beginner's tips for making milk froth with the Rafow milk frother
1. The excellent milk for cafe lattes is whole milk. Why? Because whole milk has the comparatively high milk fat content and therefore froths excellent. This milk frother creates the silky smooth airy foam and wet lacquer texture characteristic of lattes.
2. Place the cup directly under running water and use a non-abrasive cloth to ensure the bottom of the milk frother and LED panel are dry.
3. This milk warmer heats the milk and adds to its pronounced sweetness. You will lose the sweetness as you increase the temperature of the milk and the proper temperature will not scald you.
