1.Unable to Charge the Earbuds?
(1) Please clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and charging case
(2) Make sure the headphones are placed correctly in the charging case.
2.Can it be use in the shower?
No, You can use it while exercising, but do not use it while swimming or bathing.
3.Low volume

4.Poor noise cancelling?
Earbuds have (ENC) call noise reduction function, but do not have active ambient noise reduction function (ANC). Please choose a suitable earplug

6.Only one earbuds can be use?
