Why does the stand feel slightly loose when I first receive it? Do I need to tighten it myself?
Yes. To ensure smooth height adjustment, the joints are intentionally with moderate looseness during manufacturing. Before use, please tighten all four screws with the large and small wrenches (included). This will keep the stand stable.
How to tighten the stand correctly?
You can use the small wrench to turn the outer screw. At the same time, hold the inner bolt steady with the large wrench or turn it in the opposite direction for a firm adjustment.
How much weight can the stand support?
After all four screws are fully tightened, the stand can securely support up to 10 lbs (approximately 4.5 kg) without slipping.
Which devices is this stand compatible with?
It is suitable for 10 to 15.6-inch notebook laptops.
Will the stand wobble during use?
No. As long as the screws are properly tightened and the device is within the supported weight range, the stand will remain stable when holding a laptop.
