Pros: Arrived On Time
Cons: Packaging was already opened. Obviously not new. Listing said nothing about it being open box or refurbished. There is even a sticker on the box that was attempted to be removed that clearly states "Tested". I plugged the Keyboard/Battery in and the keyboard works. However it's not registering the 2nd battery. I am attempting to fully charge the keyboard/battery before plugging it into the tablet again to see if it works.
Overall Review: I have 2 of these tablets. I already have the Keyboard/Battery on the other purchased directly from Dell. The Product Works Great. This time around purchasing the same keyboard for my second tablet through ITWholesaleers, so far leaves me a little concerned that I paid full retail price for a open box/refurbished product that so far is not working properly.
