Q: How do I calculate the uptime of my device?
A: Working time = 240Wh * 0.8 / device's operating power
For example: assuming the device's power consumption is 30W, the working time is 240Wh * 0.8 / 30w = 6.4 hours (approximately)
Q: How do I use the AC output?
A: Press the power button 3 seconds to turn the unit on. Short press the power button, the LCD screen will light up with AC indication, you can use the AC outlet, press the power button again to exit the AC output.
Q: How often do I need to charge the product?
A: CTECHi LiFePO4 portable power can retain more than 50% of its remaining power when fully charged, even after twelve months of non-use. However, for the life of the product, we recommend charging the device every 3 months even when you are not using it.
Tips: When the product is drained, it needs to be charged with the wall charger.
Q:Does the product automatically turn off when it is not used for a long time?
A: The default setting of the product is that it will not turn off automatically. Press the power button and the LED light button at the same time, then immediately release the LED light button, the display will flash once, the product will automatically turn off when not in use for a long time.
Q: Why is the display scratched?
A: The display is covered with a transparent screen protector, please remove the protector and the display will be clean.
