Kailh BCP Switch: Since Kailh is the manufacturer of the MX Cream switches, Off Studio took advantage and used those directly for the Kailh BCP. Along with some R&D done to the housing materials and molds the Kailh BCP switches are made similar to the original ones to a great extent.
The top housing comes with the same molding texture and mold runners as the Cherry top housing. That ensures the signature stem tolerance and scratchy feeling are kept.
The bottom housing is thickened to get the 3.5mm total travel distance. A thickened bottom housing also means a fuller and more vibrant bottom-out sound in general.
Compatibility: Switches are designed with general MX structure so that they can fit most keycaps sets with (X) cross stem. This greatly improves the compatibility and you can feel free to change the switch and remake your own keyboard.
Pre-lubed: Coming factory-lubed and special structured, the switch can also be self-lubed during every key stroke, which is especially helpful for maintaining a smooth feeling. The durable stem is credited to a smoother and pleasing typing experience.
