PRISP Multifunction Adjustable Power Cage

Originally designed as a squat rack for solo use, the power cage has evolved into the most versatile accessory for any home gym.

With its adjustable attachments, the PRISP Power Cage can be used as a squat rack, dip station, pull-up/chin-up station & barbell rack. The height of the attachments can be adjusted using the 17 adjustment holes on each post. The item can also be combined with a weight bench (not included) to create a spotter rack or with resistance bands (not included).

Included attachments:

• 2x single J-Hooks
• 2x safety bars with J-Hook ends
• 2x dip handles
• 1x multi-grip pull-up bar (fixed, not adjustable)

Recommended use:

For maximum safety, weight lifting exercises should always be performed inside the cage with the safety bars in place. The exercises shown in the photos are performed by fitness professionals and are intended to show the versatility of the product. Users should always exercise caution and be aware of their limits when performing strength training exercises. Please make sure the product is fully assembled on level ground and all bolts are in place and tight before using this product.
