SPEED AND INNOVATION COMBINE FOR A SUPERB VALUE
Mirroring real-world performance scenarios over a broad spectrum of consumer desktop and mobile applications, Agility 4 SSDs are designed to provide a superior user experience and extreme performance over the other current solutions available on the market. With the cutting-edge Indilinx Everest 2 platform and SATA III interface, Agility 4 is optimized for consistent, high speeds with the complete spectrum of file types and sizes including both compressible and incompressible data for balanced performance like no other drive you’ve experienced. By using asynchronous MLC NAND, the Agility 4 offers an excellent cost per gigabyte. Agility 4 SSDs deliver excellent file transfer rates and superior system responsiveness, all while providing a more durable, reliable, and energy efficient storage solution compared to traditional hard drives.
Pros: Fast. I have two of these in RAID 0. Speeds measured with Crystal Disk Mark are 550MB/s read and 800MB/s write sequential. 340MB/s read and 480MB/s write 4K QD32.
Cons: My drives shipped with firmware 1.4.1. My laptop wouldn't recognize the drives on a cold boot, and blue screened after every resume from sleep. After I updated to firmware 1.5 both of these problems went away. I assume new drives will ship with the latest firmware, so this shouldn't be a problem now.
