Overall Review: Bets fans out there IMHO you get what you pay for.

Pros: A quiet fan of high quality that is obvious immediately upon removing it from the packaging. The temperature in my case has dropped better than 10° F since installing this fan along with 4 Noctua NF-R8-1800 80mm fans that I purchased as well for my case. These fans replaced the dying fans in my RaidMax Smilodon case and it is far quieter than with any of the other fans I've used in it before. [Note: I am running these w/o using the included speed reducers since this is a gaming rig but still a very quiet operation.] Oh ya; Warranty: 6 years, speaks for itself. Personally, I like the color of these fans; although, I believe it would be better for Noctua to create a variety of colors since people can be quite finicky about the look of their case. If you want a quiet, cool case then look no further!

Overall Review: It seems that some people like to interchange the terms 'Quiet' and 'Silent' as if the words were synonymous. There is no such thing as a 'silent fan' other than that fan which has turned OFF or has seized, simple as that. Additionally, for the few people that have an issue with the price of these fans vice other fans, its all about the quality. This is neither the typical sleeve-bearing fan nor is it a ball-bearing fan. This fan uses a self-stabilizing oil-pressure bearing in order to provide not only low noise but longevity as well. If you make the choice to purchase these fans then it is not fair to rate them down because you don't like the price afterwords. That is not a 'con' what-so-ever. They do what they were designed to do and they do it quite well. There is a very good reason why there are 'cheaper' fans available... there once was a car available named 'Yugo' but there still is a car available named 'Lamborghini'!

Pros: Have two of them doing push/pull on a Hyper 212+ and they're great. ...I'll never know what in jebus' name possessed them to choose the pink/brown color scheme, but I haven't had to look at them since installation so no big deal. Fuglyness aside, once you hold one of these fans in your hands and see/hear it spin up for the first time, it becomes obvious that a lot of science and love went into crafting these gems. They push plenty of air and operate smooth as silk. Like greasing up a raw brisket and hurling it down a slip-n-slide. (I'd wager these fans are just as delicious too, but haven't tried). Nutshell: Efficient and grizzly-ugly, like Clint Eastwood. Buy.

Cons: Fugly. Chocolate-on-raw-chicken color scheme. Don't let this deter you from buying though.

Overall Review: Get you one. (Or several).

Pros: This is an expensive (just wait for the Newegg or Noctua sales or coupons when you can, or google and find it cheaper where you can...there are places out there on occasion you can find these for significantly less money) but obviously well-designed, top quality, very quiet, long-lasting lots-of-air-moving fan. The standard 3-pin connection with the two fan-speed adapters and 3-pin to molex power adapter give you all the basic flexibility you need to connect it and match speed to need. The choice of fan screws or plastic/rubber-screw-proxy-thingys is nice if you want to max out minimizing potential vibration noise sources. Now as to those funky tan and brown colors - you either love them because they're ugly...

Cons: ...or hate them because they're ugly...

Overall Review: ...there is no middle ground. If you need fans in places on or in your case where you and/or your friends care about cool-looking color coordination and the glow of LED's emanating from your case's orifaces, then get a different fan. But, at the end of the day, color doesn't keep your CPU or your case cooler, quieter or make a fan last any longer...but quality does and this fan has that, and then some.

Pros: My heart beat is louder than these fans. I built a studio PC several years ago (silent PC is a must) and threw all Noctua fans in the case. The only thing I hear are the hard drives, they are that quiet. Also if you compare the specs of these against other brand fans that claim to be "silent", Noctua fans typically move more air at their lowest setting than competitors do at their highest, AND Noctua fans are quieter on their highest setting than most brands are on their lowest. Consider that in the price tag.

Cons: Yes they are pricey, but if you are looking at these you probably aren't concerned with cutting corners on your build.

Overall Review: Some people seem to think they are ugly, but PC builders shouldn't have the concerns of runway fashion designers, we want performance above all else right? I personally laugh at any PC fan that isn't brown and beige.

Pros: Comes with adapters for speed control. Nearly silent with ultra low resistor. Completely balanced. Sleeved cable. Just feels well made.

Cons: So ugly. If I wanted to see something ugly when I look at my case, I'd put in a mirror.

Overall Review: Used in a push/pull with corsair H50. Please drop the price to $20 so I can justify buying more.

Pros: Out of every fan I've ever seen, owned, or held this fan is by far the highest quality fan ever ! It moves a decent amount of air while being completely quiet (and I mean completely). Sleeved cable is high quality and looks great. If you need a fan to put on your CPU cooler or Radiator then stop looking and put this in your cart, however if you need a good case fan look elsewhere this fan was not meant to move a serious amount of air but to build static pressure while trying to move air through something, go to the Noctura website to read more about how it works!

Cons: None that I've found! for those that say it's pricey remember you get what you pay for !!!!!

Overall Review: Now as for the color allot of people say it's ugly or odd, and I won't disagree. But here is my thought on this idea cause people complain about color in allot of reviews from Motherboards to Memory and so on: "Don't you buy you parts for what they can do (the features) or for how they look????

Pros: It's installed as an intake fan (after a filter). It's so very quiet even without using the included sound/speed adapters. I looked at it and felt the airflow to make sure it was working!

Cons: So quiet!

Overall Review: I ensured my mobo's temp alarms are enabled and working, which is actually better than my old way of assuming temps were fine because I could hear the fans.
