Pros: got here sooner then expected easy set up packed well

Cons: the operating system crashes alot several times a day if you are not active it tries enter rest mode and blue screens leave a game running and go bathroom or answer the door come back to restarted computer

Pros: When its not crashing it runs pretty good.

Cons: Crashes soon after setup

Overall Review: A week and a half after being set up, the computer began to crash with only one game installed on it fortnite. The crashes got worse and worse!! After much troubleshooting it was assumed by the agent that it had a bad graphics card in addition to other problems. Usually when a product is under the year warranty the manufacturer would pay for the shipping cost for return but no not this one. I own three MSI products besides this and this product is by far the worst product I've seen from MSI that I have owned! Within 30 minutes of unboxing from it being returned at my expense, it was crashing again. I'm assuming that the tech on the other end did not put the graphics card to the test to realize that most likely it is overheating and the graphics card needs to be replaced. There was enough money spent on the purchase without having to spend my own money to ship it back in addition to having to insure it in case something happened. MSI is too big of a company 2 make shoddy workmanship like this and then send it back in the same shape! I am hopeful that either I will get my money back and or I will incur no more expense but possibly have a new graphics card sent to me with hopes that the computer will actually run eventually the way it was supposed to when I first bought it. My suggestion don't buy it!

Pros: - Quick
- Easy to access components when needed
- Overall pretty cool

Cons: - CONSTANT BLUE SCREENS
- Machine Check Exception BSOD constant
- Issues with Hard Drive Failing (ADATA SU750) within only 6 months of purchase (like other reviews on here)

Overall Review: I have never had this many issues with a PC. It's really cool and I 'want' to love it, but now have to replace hard drive and pray that it has some longevity after. Time will tell if replacing this does the trick. Very Very frustrated with lack of support. I reached out multiple times and got 0 support even though I've been a long time MSI advocate / have other MSI Laptops and PCs.

Great System, horrible warranty policy 4/16/2020 5:15:19 PM

Pros: Great system, it has it all, i7, 16G of ram, 4G video, SSD! Smoking fast.

Cons: SSD died after 7 months.

Overall Review: MSI wanted me to return the entire system, me paying for shipping, to deduce the problem. Estimated turn around of about 3 months. I ordered a replace SSD and had it back up and running a few days.

The system is worth the money, MSI needs to rethink their warranty policy. Maybe a phone conversation to discuss the problem, could have cross shipped a replace SSD and this review would be 5 stars.

Pros: I got this pc a month ago, and I want to give this five eggs because it works really well.

Cons: I keep getting the blue screen. Sometimes with the whea stop code others with the machine check code.

Overall Review: I was really looking forward to upgrading to this pc. It’s leaps and bounds better than my previous one. But now it is more frustrating than anything else. I am having a serious case of buyers remorse.

Pros: It’s pretty and I like the “EZ debug LED” on the motherboard so I feel like I know what to cry over.

Cons: About a month after getting this computer, I got my first blue screen of death. Sadly, it wasn’t a fluke. Two months in and it’s toast. I wish it was an April Fools joke. The VGA light keeps coming on and going off on the debug thing.

Tech support told me to mail it in, but who knows how long it will take to get it back with all we have going on.

I’m quarantined with no gaming computer to keep me pacified.

Overall Review: I very much regret this purchase.

Pros: Very fast pc, great for gaming

Cons: Boot issue

Overall Review: Worked great for the 1st month but now I’m having an issue where when my pc sleeps or o shut it down, it boots directly to the bios screen, and even after rebooting further it won’t boot to windows. No idea what went wrong, I’ve added nothing to my pc and turn my pc off properly when I’m finished using it. If it wasn’t for my issue I’d give it 4 eggs for sure.
