Pros: extremely fast, excellent ventilation, very quiet levels even running graphics intensive programs. SWTOR and ME2 run well on max settings

Cons: no backlit keyboard, only expandable to 8gig ram, not huge issues

Overall Review: I have yet to see something under 1000 dollars that can compete with this machine

Pros: - Fast - Nice design - Solid build quality - Nice screen - Good graphics card

Pros: Seems fine other then trackpad issue.

Cons: ELAN Trackpad doesn't work when laptop is on AC Power: it won't move the cursor, but will occasionally start scrolling or switch windows and stuff. Works fine on battery power.

Overall Review: Apparently this is a longstanding issue with ASUS laptops and ELAN touchpads. I wish I had known about it before purchasing. We'll see what kind of help I get from ASUS...

Pros: Over all the laptop is okay. Its fast and does what i need it to which is used to watch movies on, and light gaming, email and web browsing.

Cons: The only down side is the track pad which at times seems to have a mind of its own. I dont know who made these track pads for asus but its horrible. Some times its overly sensitive, and other times ive found the movement is actually inverted. I move left it moves right I move up it moves down... seems to happen randomly. I dont know who did the quality control testing on the track pads but they should be fired.

Overall Review: If it weren't for the track pad issues this laptop would be great for the price. I would have given it a 5 star rating, but the track pad holds it back

Pros: They gave me a refund for it.

Cons: I had this product for all of 8 days before the monitor stopped working and the customer service was like talking to Peggy from the credit card commercials. I had to beg them for an hours to give me a refund credited to my account and even then they would only give me store credit. If I wanted to waste 10 hours of my life, I am sure I could find better ways to do it than, uploading my files to a computer just to send it back to them and on top of that talking to Peggy for another one.
