Cons: I thought my purchase would come with a CD but it was the download version. This is a difficult navigation on the Microsoft website. That is why I wanted the actual CD.

Pros: I upgraded from 2007 to the newest one 2021. Does what I need it to do.

Cons: The reason I gave it 3stars is, because, of the Turtle shipping from Calif. You're better off getting it from your nearest store, you'll get it faster.

Pros: So much better than paying an annual fee and the Home & Student version is all I needed. Price was great! Why pay more if you don't use Outlook email. Arrived earlier than expected

Pros: Easy Install

Cons: Then the headaches. I had three contact folders which got scrambled between contact folders. Everything is there, just don't know what folder it's in ATM. I have Office H&B 2016 backups but yet to try correcting my contacts. I put Office H&B 2016 on my other machine that had H&B 2014 and that migrated my contacts perfectly.
