How do I prevent milk spills?
Our products are carefully designed so that each scale is just right, below the top maximal scale when you are heating the milk and below the bottom maximal scale when you are frothing the milk. This effectively prevents milk spillage!
How can I prevent milk from burning?
Avoid reheating milk multiple times or for long periods. Clean the frother as soon as possible after use to prevent milk residue from settling at the bottom, which can cause burning
How should we clean it?
The inside of the product has a special non-stick coating, making it easy to clean! Simply rinse it under running water, then gently wipe it dry with a soft cloth. Be careful not to get the buttons or base wet
What is the capacity limit?
To create foam, use a minimum of 100 ml and a maximum of 160 ml. For heating milk, the maximum capacity is 350 ml. To prevent foam from overflowing, ensure that the milk added stays below the marked line and doesn’t exceed the recommended level
Which type of milk froths better?
For the best frothing results, we recommend using whole milk (with a fat content of 3% or higher). You can also try oat milk or almond milk, but keep in mind that frothing results may vary depending on fat content
