Pros: When I bought this I was just looking for a cheap processor for a budget build. It has by far exceeded my expectations. It is super fast never any hang-ups. Graphics power is also pretty good I play many games with integrated graphics which was a surprise because I figured I wasn't going to be able to play games with it when I purchased it. Of course if you want to play modern high end games you need to add a graphics card. Honestly I don't see the point in getting any processor beyond this. i3's cost about double for a minimal difference in performance. This is really the most bang for the buck I would recommend this processor to anyone looking to build a PC for web surfing, video streaming, or lower-end gaming with integrated graphics.

Pros: I got this CPU since I have a gaming Desktop and it's in my living room and when I have visitors I don't like when they ask to use my computer and have to come into my room.So I am building a cheap desktop for basic use and I will put this in my living room for when I have visitors. I got this CPU with a excellent AMD Radeon 6950 GPU and I was thinking of getting a AMD A10 CPU/GPU but I heard they overheat and this one was cheapier. Anyways with this CPU and the GPU I bought for this alongside a blu ray player and 8gb of ram and etc.I costed me about $450 for everything since I bought this stuff on cyber Monday. I tryed to see how good this PC was so I played Metro 2033 and it can run it at high settings with it getting 45fps.I also have a 900p screen resolution monitor instead of a 1080p monitor like I do with my gaming PC because I knew it would need more resources.Also I can play battlefield3 at high settings and get 45fps.So overall I build a good Desktop.

Overall Review: Good CPU and I'm surprised since my grandma has a desktop with this same CPU but also has a bad graphics card but can do your daily tasks.

Overall Review: Bought this CPU for a second PC that I wanted to put in the living room for basic computer usage. Wasn't planning on doing much gaming on it, as I have an i3 based system for that. However, I wanted to see how Planetside 2 would run on it. I wasn't expecting much out of a $67 chip ...boy was I wrong! Paired this bad boy with a Radeon 7770 and 8 gigs of ram and can consistently get 45 to 60 fps on medium/high settings. That's pretty amazing performance for such a cheap piece of silicon. My other PC has an i3 ivy @ 3.3GHz that cost twice as much. The video card, motherboard, and memory are all the same in both systems, so its a great comparison. This Pentium performs nearly as well as the i3. The difference in Planetside 2 is only a few fps, and I would attribute that to the higher clock speed of the i3. I haven't done any real benchmarking yet, but so far this thing looks like a great budget gaming CPU.

Pros: Perfect price and performance. Nice business graphics. Intel VT-x (SLAT). Idle States (C-states). Great performance for a 55W CPU.

Cons: Not a huge con but why can't Intel do something about their horrible CPU coolers. This has been going on for way to many years now.

Overall Review: Great performance for a 55W CPU. Ideal corporate CPU. Match it with a B75 motherboard, 8GB DDR3-1333 1.5V ram and a couple of Monitors and the office girl will be buying you a beer on Friday after work.

Pros: Same socket as the I-series CPUs, in case you ever wanted to upgrade. iGPU so you don't need a separate video card for every day computer use. Ivy Bridge 22nm architecture at a low price. Inexpensive. This CPU has a very good cost:performance ratio. I just put this in a PC I made for my mom, it's basically an HTPC. She doesn't need anything super fast or for gaming, and the computer is very responsive with web browsing and video.

Cons: No Hyper Threading, though that doesn't seem to be a big deal these days anyway. Not great for gaming, but that isn't really a con since it's to be expected.

Pros: Works fine for mmo gaming. Highest I've seen it go with stock fans is low 40s. Average idle is 30.

Cons: Obviously not the fastest.

Overall Review: Average fps on mmos (paired with a r9 270x, using max graphics and msaa @ 1080p): Aion open world: 60 (capped) Aion populated city: 30 (while loading) 60 when fully loaded Blade and Soul open world: 55 Blade and Soul populated town: 30 Blade and Soul open world boss camping: 20 Blade and Soul full party dungeon with full mob pull: 15* Tera open world: 70 Tera dungeon: 35 Tera Velika: 25-30 Tera Nexus full node: 10 *BnS with full mobs becomes a slideshow, but Tera nexus is still very playable. So fps might not be as accurate. It most likely is just a result of a slow hard drive and pulling the entire dungeon before everything is loaded. It does have SSD as a recommended requirement.

Pros: Bought this to put on a MSI ZH77A-G43 that I purchased elsewhere. As a combo, they work great together, for video I bought the GT640 2GB DDR5 EVGA card from newegg. Bumped the WEI areo from the intel graphics score of this CPU's integrated graphics from 1.0 to 7.1. CPU get 6.8. Plays the games my son wants without issue, of course not any of them on max settings

Cons: While I try to research as best I can, I neglected to check with intel about what memory this CPU handles. Max it handles is 1333 Mhz. I had also purchased from newegg 8GB of F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL (2x4GB). No way for it to run at 1600 with this CPU. Not really an issue for me, WEI is still 7.8 for the RAM.

Overall Review: To me, seems as fast as the i3-2120, probably not, but it seems that way.

Pros: I was really surprised how fast this CPU really is, for the value it can't be beat. Very low power consumption too, around 40 watts. Ivy Bridge and since it's LGA1155 it can be easily upgraded down the road.

Cons: No hyperthreading, though for the programs I run that isn't even an issue.

Overall Review: I see Newegg has discontinued this model, glad I got it when I did. The G2120 and G2130 are still available though and are also excellent choices for the price.
