Simplicity is the name of the game, and that's what you get with the Z583T mini tower from In Win. This case is designed to accept MicroATX form factor motherboards and comes with a 350W PSU already installed. The four expansion slots have locking tabs so you don't have to worry about dropping a screw.
The 2x5.25" external bays have pin locking system to easily mount your optical drives. One of the 2 external 3.5" bays also uses a pin system. That's not all that swings out. The side panel releases at the push of a button.
Underneath is a Vortex air duct that takes advantage of the large perforated area on the side panel to increase air flow to the CPU. There is a 90mm rear fan to increase overall airflow within the case.
