Pros: Very comfortable! Easy to put together. I love the increments that you can adjust everything.

Overall Review: This chair is very comfortable! The build process was easy enough. Did I say the chair was comfortable? I don't find myself needing to use the lumbar pillow that came with it but that's just me. The head pillow is a very nice, soft addition. My only complaint, is the quality in some areas seems low. The arm rests for example, have about 1 inch of play in them (they are not very sturdy).
