2 M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD shares PCIE 3.0 X4 bandwidth (32Gbits/s = 4GB/s at max). For PCIe 4.0 SSD, it will downgrade to PCIe 3.0 mode.
Soft RAID Configuration (Span, Stripe, Mirror Mode) in Windows or Mac, it is not Hard RAID. 2 x M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD can be organized to RAID mode through third-party RAID management software
Compatible with PCIe 4.0/3.0 motherboards, but work under PCIe 3.0 mode. Also back-compatible with PCIe 2.0, and will change to PCIe 2.0 mode.
