Pros: -One of the best performing 3080s on the market
Cons: AIO pump is not quiet nor are the fans so don't expect to have your computer run relatively quiet at idle. Memory temps are just as bad as FE and other AIOs despite being water cooled with a large copper plate covering all components with pads.
Overall Review: I was getting max memory tempurates of 106C while gaming with this card. I don't mine and have to assume that if I did the memory would easily be throttling at 110c. As you can see from the attached photo when I pulled the card apart to put better pads on the memory and between the back of the PCB and the metal back plate the stock pads for the GDDR6x were either missing as seen on the top module or misaligned as seen on the modules to the right of the GPU die. This card for some reason doesn't have pads between the back of the PCB and the metal back plate and while not entirely necessary you may as well put them on if you are taking the card apart anyway. Thermals on the memory went from 106C to 84C max temps after swapping out the pads. Luckily I'm in the US so putting thermal pads on the memory won't void my warranty but if you are outside the US good luck. Getting a card with missing pads from the factory is a big yikes and gives me zero confidence in Gigabyte quality control.
