Pros: RAM worked out of the box, PC running faster. Less load time for games.

Cons: A little too pricey for DDR2, just 1 gen back and now 4 times the price of DDR3.

Pros: Huge capacity. Cool heat spreader. Great quality. Runs fine at 5-5-5-15 / DDR2-860...ran memtest86+ and then prime95 each for around half a day with zero problems.

Cons: Price dropped just after I ordered. And they are still fairly expensive at $31.25 / GB.

Overall Review: I have them mixed with 2 other G.SKILL 2GB modules on a GA-MA785GM-US2H motherboard for a total of 12GB at the moment. Plan to buy 2 more of these once I have the cash on hand to make it an even 16GB. Was concerned that mixing module densities would be problematic, but this interim 12GB configuration is working out very well. vmware esxi is happy. I can get almost 10GB of memtest86+ vm's running at once before vmware starts swapping them.

Pros: Been running this for over a month now with a GA-EP45-DS3R and works perfectly. No BSODs or crashes. An 11hr memtest86+ test showed no errors.

Cons: Expensive.

Overall Review: Bought this mem to avoid having to spend $$$ building a new gaming system. Installed these on a DFI UT P35 T2R mb with 8gb ram total. Replaced a set of 4 x 1gb OCZ Reapers DDR2 1200 with this mem. Even though I downgraded 400 mhz, system performance has increased significantly. Currently running 850mhz timings 5-5-5-15 1.8v with no problems at all.

Pros: For anyone out there trying to use this RAM on an Asus P5Q-E motherboard listen up. It is listed as being supported by the motherboard. That being said, I was having a lot of issues with crashing at first. Long story short, update BIOS to latest version and then set the Voltage of the DRAM to 1.8V in BIOS and you should be good to go! No issues since performing those steps. The timing should be fine when left on Auto, but you may want to set to 6-6-6-18 just to be safe.
