Pros: - Perfect width and height for most grip styles - Switches aren't too heavy or too light - Sensor is top-of-the-line - Cable doesn't drag on surfaces
Cons: - It started double-clicking within four months of my ownership. I tried the firmware update with no success. This is a known issue with this mouse.
Overall Review: I enjoyed the characteristics of this mouse that I might consider getting a new version if Endgame Gear fixes the double-click issue. However, having a premium mouse fail within four months just stings too much.
Pros: - best mouse I've ever owned hands down. - extremely ergonomic, fits my slightly larger-than-average claw grip amazingly. - lightweight, with a bungie/cord stand feels wireless, cable is weightless. - clicks feel great - sensor is very precise - easy to keep clean. not many of places for dirt to get into. - brand is cool without being gratuitous.
Cons: - proper way to hold mouse was not obvious; might just be my issue however - plastic shows skin oil a bit, but easily cleaned - my overwatch SR only went up by 100 (joke)
Overall Review: I'm not someone who collects specialty products; just wanted a medium/low-cost, hi spec, no bells-n-whistles peripheral and got exactly that. It took some time to get used to using my ring finger on rmb and middle finger on the wheel but it's been a game changer for ergonomics. The mouse was uncomfortable to hold before discovering that. As a lifelong musician, my hand posture has been shaped into a claw; most mice (cough Logi cough) I found tolerable, still often induced strain. Could have been me holding mice wrong all these years; but after asking some friends, all used middle finger on rmb. Thus the apparent uniqueness of my situation compelled me to mention it. Anyone wondering if this mouse is a risk worth taking, I'll tell you it absolutely is. even if it takes a little time to figure out the best way to hold it. Very much hope to see this company succeed and continue to make performant-but-pragmatic devices.
Pros: I liked the non-RGB version of this exact mouse for 9 months until the connection went faulty.
Cons: Customer support pressures their buyer into a DIY fix instead of first offering their service. Furthermore, despite sending personal information and my invoice on the initial emails, I was asked to relist everything over again and told I could not get service for the issue without first providing video proof that the connection is faulty. It happens pretty often while using the mouse, but this is an unnecessary and undue burden on the customer when customer support has an entire FAQ section dedicated to the issue. Shouldn't I be able to just open an RMA without having to provide video evidence? Extremely concerning, especially because this is such a common problem with the product.
Overall Review: I recommend other options
Pros: Pros: - Great shape (7in x 4in hands) - Clicks feel fantastic! - Software is bloat-free - The cable is excellent. I'm using the Razer mouse bungee but you really don't need to. - Coating is very non-slip, great for gaming
Cons: - I really wish the coating could be less finger-print prone. I've read this version, v2, is suppose to have a coating that doesn't show fingerprints as bad. But it's still pretty bad.....I think its mainly that it shows sweat/oils from your skin super easily. Can't knock it too hard but if Endgame is reading this, please continue to improve the coating!!
Overall Review: - If you are in the market for a medium sized mouse, just get this. You'll be happy. If you want a mouse that doesn't show use easily, maybe keep looking. It's literally the only drawback I can think of at the moment. Grade A showing, Endgame Gear!
Pros: -amazing shape/weight -nice PTFE feet (glides very nice) -best stock cord ever on a mouse (very flexible) -crispy, tactile mouse buttons (no pre-travel) -very tactile scroll wheel with nice steps (also good for browsing) -great coating on the mouse -excellent build quality (no creaks or rattles) -don't need to use any software at all
Cons: None. I can not find a single flaw in this mouse having owned so many different ones. If they made this mouse wireless and kept the same weight, that would be incredible. The cable is so flexible that it feels like wireless, however.
Overall Review: Having tried over 30 different mice, for me using claw grip, this is the perfect mouse. Truly Endgame.
Pros: -Build quality : It feels so solid (no rattle at all). Best build quality I've experienced yet. -Shape is the best I've ever tried and I went through a lot of mice (mainly GPW, RVU, Model O/O-) -Lightweight (70g). -Top of the line, modern sensor (PMW3389). -PTFE Feet glides smoothly. -«Flexcord» is like a «Paracord» if not better, feels almost wireless. -Priced competitively for everything it offers.
Cons: -Not wireless? It's their first product so not really of a cons but I wish they release a wireless version of this as it would be «Endgame». -Could be lighter?/No RGB? Maybe release a honeycomb designed version? Or release a RGB version to gain 5% aim accuracy. -It's a cons that you did not buy it yet.
Overall Review: I recommend this product, really loving it so far. Can't wait to see what Endgame brings next.
Overall Review: My hand is 19cm x 11cm and I typically use a claw/relaxed palm grip. I previously used a Finalmouse Air58. I picked up the XM1 after seeing positive reviews from some of my favorite YouTubers. I was facing some hand fatigue in intense gaming sessions and wanted to try something new. I'm very glad I got the XM1. It's unique shape gives it a noticeable bump that supports the third knuckles unlike anything else I've used before. The Mouse 1/2 buttons are also very long and makes it perfect for me to use a fingertip grip in some situations. I love the feeling of every single click whether it be Mouse 1/2, the side buttons or scroll wheel. The wheel also has a very pronounced scroll with just the right amount of tension for me. The mouse feet are also stellar. Coming from the Air58, the best thing about the cord is the fact it's angled upwards giving it less drag. Otherwise, I can't personally tell the difference between the two cords. The coating also reminds me of the Air58, but does show a little oil from my hands. Also, while it is obviously heavier than the Air58, the weight in in a good place away from the buttons and located right in the center of the mouse. My biggest criticism of the XM1 is that it has a hollow feel and sound when slamming it on my Glide38. It doesn't feel as premium as the Finalmouse and is louder probably due to its "unholy" design. Ultimately, the XM1 is my new main and I look forward to seeing more products from Endgame Gear.
Pros: XM1 is a very well built mouse. Most, if not all, gaming mice that have been coming out past few years have top notch sensors. So it comes down to shape and size. The shape on the xm1 is hard to explain because it is not like other mice. But for me, the width of mice is very important. The xm1 is wider than the g pro wireless(which was giving me hand cramps) and the air 58 which is what I was using previously. For me endgame gear has hit all the right areas in designing this mouse and I plan to use it for a long time. 10/10 Plus no cheese grater holes while keeping weight down!
Cons: Makes me want to play lots of vidya games which wife does not like that I hold the mouse more than her.
Overall Review: 10/10
