Dell Pro 16 Laptop: Intel Core Ultra & AI for Business

The Dell Pro 16 is a 16-inch business laptop with Intel Core Ultra, Windows Copilot, and Wi-Fi 7, suited to professionals who want AI features and modern wireless connectivity for everyday work.

Recommended For

• Office and administrative workers who spend long sessions in spreadsheets, documents, email, and video calls: the 16-inch workspace, full keyboard with number pad, and business-focused features fit desk-based productivity.
• IT teams and businesses standardizing Windows laptops: Dell positions the Pro 16 for business, with optional vPro configurations and a practical port selection that includes Ethernet and Thunderbolt 4.
• People who want a large-screen work laptop they can maintain or upgrade over time: the reviewed PC16250 has accessible memory slots and serviceable components, though available upgrades vary by configuration.
• Hybrid workers who mostly work at a desk but occasionally move between rooms or offices: reviewers found battery life solid for a 16-inch business laptop, while its large-screen format favors workspace over frequent travel.

Real-World Use Scenarios

• For a typical office day, use it to work across email, documents, spreadsheets, and browser tabs; the large screen and business-oriented processing make routine multitasking more comfortable, though demanding workloads depend on the chosen configuration.
• When entering figures or managing budgets, use the built-in numeric keypad for spreadsheet and accounting work; it can make frequent number entry more convenient than using the top row of keys.
• For remote meetings, use the built-in camera and microphone while keeping notes or work documents open on the 16-inch display; it suits everyday video calls without needing a separate webcam.
• At a fixed desk, connect a compatible dock or external display and peripherals to use it as a workstation; its Thunderbolt 4, USB-C, HDMI, and Ethernet connections support common office setups.
• For work away from an outlet, use it for lighter tasks such as reading, email, and document edits; one review measured just over 10 hours in a video-playback test, but mixed-work battery life will vary with configuration and use.
