Dell Pro 16 Laptop: Intel Core Ultra & AI for Business

The Dell Pro 16 is a 16-inch business laptop featuring Intel Core Ultra, AI-focused performance, Copilot in Windows, and Wi-Fi 7, suited to professionals who want a large-screen laptop for everyday work and productivity.

Recommended For

• Office professionals who spend the day in spreadsheets, documents, email, and video calls can use the 16-inch screen and full-size numeric keypad for desk-based work.
• IT teams and business buyers choosing Windows laptops for standard employee workloads may value its business-focused design, practical ports, and serviceable memory; check the exact configuration before ordering.
• Hybrid workers who move between a home office, workplace, and meetings can consider it when they want a large work area but do not need an especially light laptop; the reviewed model weighs about 1.92 kg.
• Business users who prefer typing on a roomy keyboard with a number pad and connecting peripherals or wired networks may find the Pro 16’s work-oriented layout useful.

Real-World Use Scenarios

• For everyday office work—switching among documents, email, browser tabs, and spreadsheets—the 16-inch screen provides a roomy workspace, and the laptop is positioned for business productivity.
• When entering figures or working through spreadsheets, the full keyboard with a numeric keypad makes number-heavy tasks more convenient; a Dell Pro 16 user also reports using the keypad for work.
• For routine video meetings and hybrid work, the built-in camera supports calls without an external webcam; camera features vary by configuration, so check the specific listing.
• For coding, web research, and document work, it fits typical professional workflows; it is less suited to treating sustained, demanding workloads as its main job, since review testing found performance can level off under prolonged heavy CPU load.
• At a fixed workstation, pairing it with a compatible dock can make it practical to connect desk peripherals for a standard office setup; confirm dock and port compatibility for the exact configuration.
• For commuting between home and the office, it can be carried as a mobile work laptop, but its 16-inch size and weight make it less convenient to pack than a smaller laptop.
