The Dell Pro 13 Plus PB13250 is a 13.3-inch touchscreen Copilot+ PC with an Intel Core Ultra 7 266V, 16GB LPDDR5X memory, a 512GB SSD, and Windows 11 Pro, suited to professionals and students who want a compact laptop for everyday productivity.
Recommended For
- Business travelers and hybrid workers who carry a laptop between home, office, and meetings; Dell positions the 13-inch Pro Plus for mobile productivity, and its listed 2.71 lb starting weight supports that use.
- Office-focused users working mainly in documents, web apps, email, and video meetings who want a compact Windows 11 Pro laptop for everyday business tasks.
- People who prefer tapping, scrolling, or marking up content directly on the screen during presentations or desk work, while still using a traditional clamshell laptop rather than a convertible.
- Frequent travelers who want a portable work laptop and can use its 16GB memory for their planned workload; Dell advertises long battery life, while noting actual runtime varies with configuration and use.
Real-World Use Scenarios
- For a hybrid-work day split between home, the office, and meetings, users can carry the compact laptop between locations and handle everyday Windows work without relying on a desk setup.
- For email, documents, browser research, and business apps, the Core Ultra 7 processor and 16 GB of memory are configured for routine productivity and switching among common work tasks.
- For video meetings from a home office or shared workspace, the built-in webcam lets users join calls without carrying a separate camera; the compact display is practical for calls alongside notes or documents.
- When reviewing forms, navigating presentations, or scrolling through pages at a desk or on the go, the touchscreen provides a direct alternative to using the touchpad.
- For supported Copilot+ PC features and compatible AI-assisted Windows workflows, users can work on-device without treating the laptop as a substitute for a dedicated graphics workstation.
