Pros: Sturdy packaging – Rigid pieces of foam hold the various parts in place while other layers of foam prevent everything from moving around. Easy assembly – Every hole align itself properly. Arm rests are pre-installed. I assembled this alone in 30 min. tops. Overall feel of the chair is top notch – Premium materials, great craftsmanship, no loose tread on any of the stiches, great suede accents on the sides. Seat is firm but extremely comfortable – I used it for 3 hours straight on the first day with no discomfort. Lumbar support (without the provided pillow) is great. Adjustments, so many adjustments – Arm rests can go pretty much anywhere you want them to (in and out, up and down, forward and backward event rotate on themselves). Tilt/swing/lock the seat, tilt the backrest. Casters provide soft and silent roll.
Cons: May be a bit tall for some, even at minimum height – I am 5’6” and even at the lowest setting, my feet can’t reach the ground. Not a problem for me as I use a footrest anyway, but some may find this irritating. Only thing I can think of right now.
Overall Review: When I was shopping for this chair, I scouted the whole web in search of the perfect chair (for me). DX Racer, Vertagear, Maxnomic, AK Racing, you name it. Then I found Noble Chairs. Needless to say I fell in love with this chair. The design is what struck me first. After reading a bunch of review, I decided to order one. I was excited to get this product because it is my first gaming chair and also because I wanted to replace my 10 years old Staples chair. Right out of the box, from the moment I touched the PU leather on the seat, I knew I made a good choice. Premium feel, premium look and premium build quality. Nothing feels cheap on this chair. I am a fairly small person (5’6”, 185 lbs, athletic build) and this chair fits me perfectly. Historically, I was never the type of person to place my feet flat on the ground when I was sitting in front of my computer. I always used either a footrest, a footstool even a subwoofer or a plain old box. I was always struggling to get my wrists at the correct height for prolonged typing or gaming sessions while keeping my feet and knees at a right angle. The claim that many reviewers made is that this chair is high. I can confirm that it is. As I said earlier, even at the minimum height setting, my feet are dangling, which they were not with my old chair. Even so, the minimum height is actually lower than what I need to place the arm rests in line with my desk, so no problem there. I listed that as a CON because some people might find that irritating. The rest of the chair is amazing. The lumbar support without the provided pillow is awesome. The seat, while stiff, is very comfortable for extended periods. I know that it will soften a bit in time so this is good. I recently bought a Rouillard ergonomic chair for my office. It is made in Québec, Canada, highly praised by sellers and users, very good warranty (10 years) and has all the same adjustments that you have on this Noble Chair plus one for the depth of the seat. I can honestly say that I am not as comfortable on the Rouillard chair as I am on Noble. The higher backrest, the great seat contours and proper side support make the Noble a fantastic product. I use this chair for computer and console gaming. My PS4 is hooked to my PC monitor, so I sit at desk height pretty much all the time. When I use my controller, I roll back a little and take the arm rests down to clear space for my elbows. This chair provides enough adjustments to allow for that. When I want to play on my computer, I bring the chair closer in, raise the arm rests back up to provide support for the forearms and keep my hands in line with my elbows. Overall, this chair is amazing. Love everything about it so far. I will update this review after I’ve used the chair a bit more. One final thing, I asked a Noble Chairs representative about the real leather vs the PU leather and he said “It’s really a matter of preference. The real leather tends to be warmer in the summer. Both materials are very durable”. Judging by the quality of the PU leather on the chair I Bought, I can say for sure that this is great quality. So do no fret about the PU, it is nothing like the cheap stuff on the Staples chairs. Sorry for the long review but I wrote the kind of review I liked when I was shopping for this chair. Hope you find this review useful.
Pros: It’s nice that’s about it
Cons: Stitch seems are wavy and crooked, barely breaks in, stays firm! I’ve had it for 7 months. Had the tilt mechanism and gas lift replaced cause of horrible loud creaking and excessive play in gas lift, the tilt lasted another month befor it stared creaking again and the new gas lift has the same play. Arm rest’s are very firm with a nasty 90 degree indent on inside edge making them very uncomfortable if your arms aren’t straight out.
Overall Review: I’m 6’ tall 175lbs, I shouldn’t be having those issues with a 400$ chair I shouldn’ve bought a lazy boy office chair for 100$ less. Sad how cheaply made tilt mechanism’s and gas lift can ruin a pretty good chair. The gas lift is pointless on this huge chair It should be a solid shaft with a bearing so there’s no wobbling! Tilt mechanism is poorly designed junk! Not even worth the sale price I paid.
Pros: - Chair doesn't bottom out - Pillows assist in the correct places - Feels like a throne once everything is adjusted - Looks amazing - Great for stiff chair lovers - Helps posture
Cons: - Needs to be broken into - People who like soft chairs should not buy.
Pros: Excellent aesthetics. Superior attention to detail. Great build quality.
Cons: Very stiff seat. Little lumbar support. Real leather may not be worth additional price.
Overall Review: I was in the market for a gaming chair. I was looking at DX Racer (King and Classic) when I came across noblechairs. I watched a bunch of videos and read many reviews. The chairs look great and the reviews were generally positive. I went for it on Newegg and there are some things I like and some I don't. One thing that most reviews pointed out was that the seating area is hard. I can report that it is. Very stiff. So is the back. These may soften up as the chair breaks in, not sure. It does promote good posture, but it's not the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in. I also saw some criticism regarding lumbar support. This chair does include a lumbar pillow but it's not really comfortable - too puffy. The chair could use additional lumbar support, maybe similar to the Maxnomic system. I went for the real leather and it does feel good and the build quality and attention to detail are excellent. That being said, if I had it to do all over again, I may have gone for the PU leather. The chairs have same build but the PU knocks $200 (38%) off price. The back of the leather chair is PU and it basically feels the exact same. I was also concerned about seating area size after reading the reviews. I'm 6' and just over 200 lbs. Chair size is fine and is not too high off ground as some reviews stated. All in all, this is an exceptionally well-made chair with great attention to detail. If styling is important to you (this really is the best looking racer-style chair out there) and you don't mind a stiff seat with minimal lumbar support, you'll love this chair. Consider the PU leather if you want to experience the noblechairs Epic series without spending so much for the real leather version. Good luck and post a review if you get one.
Pros: this chair is by far the best computer chair i have ever sat in. the customization options of armrest, tilt, height adjustments are outstanding. steel construction is solid, i found padding extremely comfortable for the price of this chair it is unmatched with the quality of chair
Cons: i personally have no cons with this chair
Overall Review: i did not find seat hard at all and wasted 20 on cushion i did not need great product and design noble chairs thank you
Pros: - The chair is built extremely well, it feels very solid and premium. - The bolts come pre-installed in place, which makes building the chair a breeze. - The chair height is very good, and the arm rests adjust in just about every way possible. - The included pillows are soft, yet firm and covered in a very nice material. - The chair leans and reclines back into a very comfortable 'nap' position. - Stitching on the chair is tight, and very well done.
Cons: - The chair is slightly stiff and can get a bit uncomfortable over long use (8-10 hours). - Instructions are a bit unclear, and dark. Noble should be able to print a full color instruction page for a $330 product.
Overall Review: I would recommend this to anyone looking at something like a DX racer, but less childish.
Pros: Easy to install Comfortable Amazing customer service Adjustable features on armrest/backseat Aesthetically appealing
Cons: Minor defect with one of the side cover plates as it did not fit correctly. Contacted the seller but they were quick to respond and gave alternatives to have the problem fixed. Offered advice on how to possibly install the cover again but at this point, I've taken it apart and re-attached it so many times the screw head became dull. I've left it as it is. Lumbar pillow not as comfortable but probably because my posture is horrible already. Edit: After a year and a bit owning this chair, the seat is starting to tear. This is just regular everyday use 6-8 hours if i'm working from home and probably 2-3 hours on days I'm not. Surprised it actually tore that quickly. Quality isn't the best if you're looking for a longer lasting chair.
Overall Review: Undecided, probably better choices out there for a lower price.
Pros: Quality leather, solid structure, works as advertised, ergonomically comfortable So many adjustments and easy to do to get your position just right Super easy assembly even if alone with clear and concise instructions Looks real classy like a high end automotive leather seat, think 700 series BMW Pillows are high quality and comfortable if needed. Adjust wicked high if you have a high desk or breakfast bar
Cons: Sits a little high at lowest setting, just a pinch high for lower below desk keyboard pull out Made in China and we all know how that sometimes goes... looks the part but often does not last
Overall Review: Bottom Line Up Front: I would recommend full price and grab it fast if you catch it on sale ($475.00 at Newegg with discount and Mastercard verify) I would and will buy again. Quality and Construction: I purchased the high quality real leather version and it is of very high quality material and construction. It is engineered in Germany and manufactured in China. I was a little concerned when I saw made in China on the box, but the product seems well made so it would appear Noble has some pretty tight quality control at the factory. Newegg is the only distributor in the US and unfortunately does not carry the beautiful Brown/Beige high quality leather. The Black/Black genuine leather is very nice and is adult in design colors. It blends in as a high quality office chair and yet is superb as a gaming chair. Considering all the flashy multi colored gaming chairs are 350-500+ this chair by far exceeds the quality of the others and looks very adult. Materials are top notch, stitching is superb and diamond tuck is comfortable. Main cushion of Cold Foam is a little stiff at first but settles in nice. Recline and rock function are great if you push back from your PC and play a little PS4, XBOX or watch a little TV. No squeaks, no instability, no cracking or popping that I experienced with similar products. It is definitely Bavarian craftsmanship, but this BMW is made in China, so I will update the review later to give long term condition reports. As of now the Chinese factory is meeting German standards, so no complaints. Fit and comfort: I am 6'1" 220 pounds and it is very roomy. Unlike other gaming chairs, these side bolsters do not pinch you in. They provide adequate comfortable support. Some of the online reviews complained about lower lumber support but that is not the case for me. The back has great lumbar support in all the right areas and I do not need the lumbar pillow. The head rest pillow is perfect and exactly where you want it when gaming or conducting long sessions working on the PC. For the 500 price range you can do no better. If 500 is not in the budget I would not hesitate to buy the 299 PU leather version (same exact chair with man made leather). Warranty information from Noble: Noblechairs grants 2 years of manufacturer’s warranty starting the day you’ve received your chair. Natural wear through conventional use is excluded from the warranty. The warranty handling is exclusively being done by our direct distribution partners. For questions you can always reach us via our contact form or our social media channels. Beyond that, customers are also able to make use of the legally mandated liability for product defects via the seller (your retailer / e-tailer) for handling claims within the same time period. (they are a European company, but I have never known Newegg to not support any product they have sold) Shipping: (FREE FedEx 5 days California to Virginia) As usual, newegg shipping was fast and tracking was accurate. FedEx delivered in a well packaged thick box that protects every element of the product during transit. Manufacturer: Thank you Noble for delivering a product that exceeds the expectation of the sales pitch. Now send Newegg some Brown/Beige chairs so I can get one for my future log cabin! On a serious note, I would not hesitate to buy the top end or PU leather version as it greatly exceeds the competition in fit, form and finish. Great product. AAA+++
