This printer did what it says it does, It printed PA6-CF out of the box with NO issues. Including slicing software needs updating, however if you ask they will send you the Cura profile for importing the printer. P.S. This thing is packed liked a brick.

I ordered from this seller and received the incorrect item, not a big deal, I just ordered my correct item from another vendor and submitted a ticket for an RMA. The seller contacted me and requested that I send pictures of the incorrect product before they would issue an RMA. I responded back to the e-mail, the seller then claimed they did not receive the pictures. Emma from ecmall is who I was corresponding with, I don't believe English is her primary language so there may have been some language barriers in the correspondence. It took over 60 days, 2 claims & a phone call direct to Newegg to get a refund. Emma kept denying they shipped the wrong product, said the serial number didn't match. Emma was absolutely terrible to deal with and based on the RMA process with this seller and the mistake/intentional cheaper product substitution/whatever the hell this was. In my opinion, I'd stay away from this seller based on the return process and overall customer service. The only reason this claim was resolved was because of Newegg customer service.
