Fantastic

Noctua NF-A20 PWM, Premium Quiet Fan, 4-Pin (200x30mm, Brown)
Noctua NF-A20 PWM, Premium Quiet Fan, 4-Pin (200x30mm, Brown)

Pros: Okay, I had to edit my previous review. The problem I wrote about in my last review was a problem with my case and not the fan. I took my case apart and cut the area that was preventing me from installing the fan. I reassembled the case, installed the new fan and was blown away with how quiet the fan was. I'm not an overclocker, I I bought the fan because of all the good reviews of how quiet they ran, and it didn't disappoint. These are the only fans I will use from now on. I'm even replacing my 140 mm and 120 mm Corsair fans.

Cons: None

Memory advertised is a little missleading

ASRock Z270 Pro4 LGA 1151 Intel Z270 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Motherboards - Intel
ASRock Z270 Pro4 LGA 1151 Intel Z270 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Motherboards - Intel

Pros: I can't really say anything about the board yet because I haven't received it yet. I just want to vent about something I just discovered (I should receive the board tomorrow). I will give a more detailed review once I have received the board and resolved the issue I just discovered. When I purchased the board last week I chose parts based on what I read in the specs and what I saw recommended based off of those specs by NewEgg. My problem is with the specs for the memory. NewEgg Website specs: DDR5 3733+(OC)*/ 3600(OC)/ 3200(OC)/ 2933(OC)/ 2800(OC)/ 2400/ 2133 *Please refer to Memory Support List on ASRock's website for more information. So with the above information and the suggestion of NewEgg I saw the 2400 memory and a 6th gen Intel CPU. I did go to ASRock's site but couldn't find any information on memory, so I went ahead ordered the board memory and CPU. Looking back I know I should have been a little more diligent and thought to look for the manual before I pushed the purchase button but I stupidly felt confident that the asterisk above only applied to the first memory in the list. What tipped me off was that I looked at another manufactures board and saw that the 2400 won't work with 6 Generation Intel CPUs, only 7. So it finally hit me to look for the MOBO User Manual and I see the same thing, not what I saw above, but it tells you straight up that 6th Gen Intel CPUs only support DDR4 up to 2133. And here is an exact excerpt from the manual: Supports DDR4 3733+(OC)*/3600(OC)/3200(OC/2933(OC)/2800(OC)/2400**/2133 non-ECC, un-buffered memory... **7th Gen Intel CPU supports DDR4 up to 2400; 6th Gen Intel CPU supports DDR4 up to 2133. As I mentioned above, I am just ranting, I will have to either get a 7th Gen CPU or the 2133 memory, I'm leaning toward the CPU at this point.

Cons: None yet, and I hope not at all.

Most quite fan I have ever purchased.

I have been looking to make a quite system and this fan is the start to the most quiet system I have ever owned or built.

Horrible customer service

First of all my complaint(s) is(are) about Newegg and not the manufacture of any of the products I received with the exception of FedEx who delivered my package beat up looking like it was in the middle of the World Cup and partially opened (My motherboard was a little beat up but everything worked better than I wished). Back to my issue, I contacted Newegg's customer service first via chat and in the middle of a response that I was typing, about two minutes, the customer service rep chimed in and said that she hadn't heard back from me in five minutes and cut the connection. I didn't realize the connection was cut until another person chimed in about fours minutes later to see if they could help me. I had already contacted and connected with someone on the phone by that time. Now, the person on the phone sounded very helpful, and talked real nice, and told me that he had done something that I realized after I got off the phone wasn't done. I had a complaint and wanted to return an un-opened CPU. He mentioned that I would receive an email in about 24 hours confirming my return. It hit me about an hour after hanging up that I never received any confirmation number or something regarding the return. Needless to say I never received an email. The good thing is, my original concern was that the CPU wasn't going to work with the memory that I ordered, and that concern wasn't necessary. I went online and checked and saw that even though I got a faster memory, on the board and CPU I got, the speed would be at the max that the CPU could support. I was and am fine with that. I'm not overclocking, and never plan on it. So the good news is that everything is together and working great, better than I hoped for. I would like to give the manufacture, especially ASRock, five eggs and Newegg none if I could.
