So far so good.

Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 - Core 2 Duo Conroe Dual-Core 2.13 GHz LGA 775 65W Processor - BX80557E6400

Pros: Runs cool on stock cooler 29C. Have not tried to over clock yet.

Cons: None yet.

Overall Review: Nice processor for the price.

Most Critical Review

Rosewell does not package well

Rosewill ATX Mid Tower Computer Case, Blue LED Fan, Black Steel & Plastic - BLACKBONE
Rosewill ATX Mid Tower Computer Case, Blue LED Fan, Black Steel & Plastic - BLACKBONE

Pros: Cheap. I would have given it 4-5 stars if it wasn't damaged.

Cons: I received the box today and the box shows no sign of damage at all (meaning UPS didn't do it) yet the case is damaged pretty bad. Both side panels are dented in and the paint has flaked off already. I cannot even remove one of the side panels because the screw that holds it is dented with the panel and is trapped between the back of the case and the side panel.

Overall Review: I am very disappointed that they would send this out. I guess other people are having the same problem. I would RMA it but it would cost me 15$ to ship it back to newegg for a replacement. That is more money than I should have to spend to get the product I paid for it "new" condition.

Corsair has problems

Corsair Force Series 3 2.5" 60GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) CSSD-F60GB3-BK
Corsair Force Series 3 2.5" 60GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) CSSD-F60GB3-BK

Pros: Very fast. Good price on shell shocker deal. Fits Windows Ultimate 7 64 bit, Office, Photoshop CS5, few misc programs and all my drives with still 14gb left.

Cons: 3.5 inch adapter did not match up with my tool less drive mount system. Had to drill through the mount system to keep it stable in my case. Corsair has been having a lot of trouble with these Force 3 drives. I get on average 2-3 freezes lasting 30 sec to 3 min per day. I also have a lot of BSOD (1 every day or other day) that makes me have to remove the power from the drive and restart my computer to get my drive to be recognized again. There is supposedly a firmware fix for this, I have not tried it yet because I have been busy. Hopefully that works, if it does I will come back and add a egg. Corsair should know better than allow these to be sold when they were aware of the problem months ago. Shame on them.

Overall Review: SSD prices are coming down but not fast enough.

Failed after two weeks

Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD2500KS 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive Bare Drive
Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD2500KS 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive Bare Drive

Pros: Nice while it lasted though I am sure the next one will be fine.

Cons: A week and a half into having this it wouldn't let me into windows and a scan disk revealed bad areas and over the next two days I ran it and more and more bad sectors popped up so I reinstalled windows and backed up what I had on there so far.

Great Card

BFG Tech GeForce 8800 GTS 640MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Support HDCP Video Card BFGR88640GTSE
BFG Tech GeForce 8800 GTS 640MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Support HDCP Video Card BFGR88640GTSE

Pros: Great card worked right out of the box, plays all my games very well. Went with BFG because they are made in America and I like to keep the money within my own country.

Cons: Price dropped twenty the day after I bought it. Lame. Oh well that's life. Wish it came with a game or something besides a t shirt and some lame stickers.

Overall Review: I felt this was a nice compromise between the miser in me and the part of me that wanted the fastest, best gpu out there.

Bought two

ASUS P5L-MX LGA 775 Intel 945G Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
ASUS P5L-MX LGA 775 Intel 945G Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: One of the boards I bought is still working just fine in my friend's computer. He likes the sound card that is built into it to. Easy installation though the spacers could have been a little better quality.

Cons: The other board I got didn't work when I built the second computer. Assembled it and it wouldn't turn on. I checked to make sure the PSU was not a fault but it worked fine.I am pretty sure it is the mobo.

Overall Review: One IDE connection is kind of a drag but still well worth the price.
