Pros: Fast! Very Fast! Improves laptop usability; no more stuttering when laptop is under heavy load and there is a lot of disk activity and memory usage is very high.

Cons: Transfer application (EZ-GIG IV) didn't seem to like my dell repair partitions. Had to go to open source application CloneZilla; that worked like a charm.

Overall Review: Now if I could only fit another one in that laptop..

Pros: The card seems well built, the 8087 connectors are a must in a server instead of a bunch of messed up sata wires all over the place.

Cons: Wont work at all with some drives not the compatibility list (SEAGATE 3TB SATA ST33000651AS) in fact it doesn't even see them in the firmware. I received a card with outdated Firmware; (there is a bootable ISO image on their website) The battery pack is fairly expensive (~200$)

Overall Review: Has a great reputation, seems well built. Can't wait to get supported drives (I'm going down to 2TB drives).
