Overall Review: Works. Not sure if it could impact the quality of the sound other than than impact of length. Is working just fine. The quality of the cord seems just fine
Pros: Good sound reproduction, decent cord length, comfortable fit.
Overall Review: I use this to watch utube, tv on my computer, ... so not a lot of music. I would buy these again. If your an audiophile I’m not sure if you would like these. I can hear room noise faintly which is actually good for my purposes .
Overall Review: Zone 2 did not work which was my primary purpose for purchasing. Not sure if hardware fail or not. But bottom line zone 2 is not independent of primary zone.
Pros: This is one of those products that it either works or doesn't and this seems to work reliably.
I have ordered a second set so I would recommend them but see con below.
I don't know if there will be issues under sustained use as I have not had them long enough to be sure. They seem sturdy (hard case which is nicely finished)
Cons: Read and follow instructions closely otherwise you will waste time like i did initially trying to find the correct program, ...
Overall Review: Be aware
1. No PC application to set this up. Must use phone.
2. has watt/amp limits. this could be an issue for high power requirement devices, ... so just be aware
3. only works on old wireless technology. Since most new stuff is backward compatible should be an issue for most people in 2017 but needs to be checked
don't expect there to be a problem but can't tell useful life. I think it really depends on quality of parts used and how many times it is used to turn off and on a device.
There is a manual override and is not a manual switch. So manual switch must be "on" for the device to work remotely to turn the device on or off. i.e. you cant use it without the manual override being on.
Pros: It just works. Easy setup. You set it up as you would with any wireless device and then just plug in other devices HDTV, AV receiver, ... Have not seen any speed delays when connected to a 100g Wireless access point. I have had good success with Belkin products in the past and this continues that trend. Quality productand reasonable price.
Cons: I'm looking for something bad to say and the most that I can say a longer Ethernet cable might be needed.
Overall Review: I was lazy and didn't want to run an Ethernet cable. I was using a power line connection which worked but only had 1 connection.
Pros: Is faster than USB 2 flash drive.
Cons: Lost almost 16GB of data and portable programs. It just failed while copying data. Windows 7 said it needed to be formatted. Couldn't recover anything after trying several tools. Won't format now says it is write protected so totally useless. I tried resetting write protection but that also fails. I could have just had very bad luck and got a bad device but I don;t think so. I was copyiong a large amount of data to the device at once and think that is what killed it.
Losing data is the killer. Just in case anyone cares I did not have caching writes turned on.
Overall Review: A second thing related to any USB 3 device, you need a USB 3 adapter to get full speed. So if you don't have one on your MOB you will need to buy an adapter too to get best speed and not sure that the adapter gets better than 5G but not sure. I didn't have the ability to really test this.
