Keeping it cool3/11/2021 3:43:33 PM

Pros: Good install with all the parts needed , quiet when not under stress , most importantly keeps my 3900x cool under load while creating 6 K video and encoding

Cons: None get it if you have a 3900x not sure about the 3950x but surmising it will do the Job

Overall Review: This works Great for AM4 processors , not sure of the difficulty of installation as I have been building computers since 1999 so it was easy for me.

Nice10/21/2019 2:42:50 PM

Pros: Excellent Freesync panel as it performs as advertised . Great in every aspect I need it to including clear sharp image , wicked fast 144 Hz adjustable height stand and works perfect with my AMD rig . Quite reasonable priced monitor for the performance you get and I have had ZERO problems with it

Cons: None

Overall Review: Highly recommend for a gaming monitor if you have an AMD video card . Great monitor for gaming and I could not be happier. Currently running it via display port with a Power color 5700 XT AMD 3900x X470 Motherboard (Gigabyte x470 Ultra gaming Mobo)

So far Excellent7/31/2018 2:35:12 PM

Pros: Price and quality after all its an power suppjy. Like the modular and the cables are stiff but definitely workable for the cable management OCD peeps out there. Quiet enough and seems to be very stable delivering power. Reasonable price at the time of purchase.

Cons: None so far

Overall Review: I would recommend this to all as it is a nice power supply and is reasonably priced. Pros: a lot of SSD storage for the price when i purchased it. Fast Stable works perfect so far

Cons: None yet

Overall Review: Have had good luck with these drives in the past and it continues , have all my games stored on this drive or any other programs that require a significant amount of space. Would recommend this to anyone.

Good Chair6/25/2018 4:20:46 PM

Pros: Comfortable, decent quality and managed to replace a long time wonderfully comfortable Leather chair I have owned for long time. Simple assembly did not take long all the parts were there including the required allen wrench. For the price I got it at its doing just fine if not above average.

Cons: None so far see how it last oh and pay attention to the warning about using a knife to open the box as the leather section (seat) is just below the box as they do warn you right the box.

Overall Review: Not the best but not a bad chair considering the price.

Working like a charm6/24/2018 11:27:48 AM

Pros: Fast, stable, runs at 3200. RGB is cool if your into it, I am not as I have a solid case but heh whatever floats your boat its pretty cool if your into it. Compatibility is great with the board and processor (Gigabyte x370, Ryzen 2700X) Have not tried to overclock it runs fine where its at so can't comment on its over clock ability. Solidly built with great craftsmanship as far as I can tell, first time using this brand and quite happy with it so far. Reasonably priced considering what ram is going for right now which sucks but heh is what it is.

Cons: Price even though it was very reasonably priced compared to all memory, not really a con just filling some space.

Overall Review: Good Ram and I do suggest it for anyone whom is looking for 3220 DDR4 ram, and especially if your looking for some Bling with the RGB . Cheers

Would not suggest download version get the DVD5/29/2018 3:23:26 PM

Pros: None can't use it spent a long time trying to do so

Cons: Invalid Key could not activate the night before I was suppose to finish a build and turn it over the next day. Agent I spoke to was kind but could not do anything to remedy the situation and am still waiting for a response from Newegg Worked with Microsoft to try and activate and they ended up telling me it was not a valid key, so I went elsewhere and purchased a valid one so I could deliver the build the following day. Annoying to say the least but have to mention this was on Friday night.

Overall Review: I certainly would not recommend this to anyone even though I will take some blame for waiting until the last minute to order but if it is available immediately then the support should be there to remedy the issue.(I was able to reach an agent on the Chat function) This is the second time I have had a problem with downloadable content with Newegg and while I am a bit thick I have learned this time. I want to have the legit product I paid for and then put it along with Newegg behind me.

Love it and can't beat it for a build on a budget5/9/2018 3:57:48 PM

Pros: Works , Works , and simply Works very well. Works perfect for an APU/CPU build from the get go. Runs cool and quiet and very stable and smart as in throttling up when needed and chilling when not. CPU / APU for $100 and has a very respectable nearly silent cooler included.

Cons: ZERO

Overall Review: Used this in a below $600 build for the Mrs. and could not be happier. With the ridiculous money graphics cards are demanding this is a match made in heaven and so affordable its truly amazing . I am the hardware geek who builds rigs for all of the family, sound familiar ? If your the same this will make you a star with the Mrs. Mom and Dad or any other family member who does not truly require some serious horsepower. Was probably the easiest build I have ever done and certainly the easiest to date. Great processor and if you are considering on putting together a exceptional budget build and don't require some very serious horsepower go for it you will not be disappointed. So far So good5/9/2018 3:41:57 PM

Pros: Simply worked from the start and runs reasonably fast. Price at the time was a great deal for 500 gig SSD Runs dang close to advertised speeds and so far exceptionally stable. Appears to have great quality craftsmanship as everything lined up perfectly where ever I mounted it.

Cons: None at all and time will tell but am optimistic

Overall Review: Used this in a new build for the Mrs. and it was a perfect fit in budget but extremely capable and more for what the Mrs. needs. She does some graphics work and mostly browses but also uses other simple office and productivity programs. Less than $600 Build and she is ecstatic and quite happy, Happy wife = Happy Life. Good Memory Decent Price5/9/2018 3:16:57 PM

Pros: Worked perfect in a new install and to be honest was to lazy to go through the 1000's of memory compatibility list. With memory prices at a ridiculous high right now this set was priced reasonably and worked perfectly with no bios tweaks at all. Micron quality and dependability, I have never had a problem with Micron memory.

Cons: None

Overall Review: Used this memory in a new build for the Mrs. and have not experienced a single problem or issue including the install of Windows 10. I chose it for two reasons being Micron makes quality stable memory and it was priced reasonably. Not the wicked fast gaming memory but the Mrs. did not need it and it runs plenty fast considering I have it installed with a Ryzen 2nd gen APU/CPU. The wife does not game but works with graphics, browses the internet and other simple programs that does not need extremely high end hardware but stability is a must. Went into a build that cost less then $600 and she is tickled pink. Build: ~GIGABYTE AB350M-DS3H AM4 AMD X370 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard ~RYZEN 3 2200G Quad-Core 3.5 GHz (3.7 GHz Turbo) Socket AM4 65W YD2200C5FBBOX Desktop Processor ~Ballistix Sport LT 8GB (2 x 4GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) Desktop Memory ~Mushkin Enhanced Source 2.5" 500GB SATA III 3D TLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) ~Seasonic FOCUS series SSR-550FM 550W 80 + Gold Power Supply, Semi-Modular, ATX12V/EPS12V, Compact 140 mm Size, 7 yr warranty ~Thermaltake Versa H15 SPCC Micro ATX Mini Tower Computer Chassis Don't think you can go wrong with this memory and would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent Budget but Excellent Quality build Board5/7/2018 4:13:36 PM

Pros: Works perfect with gen 2 Ryzen out of the box Has enough ports for a hearty build but comes at a wonderful price. X370 for the price of B350 board and has the typical Gigabyte quality components. Perfect for a great budget build with AMD APU second gen processor, used it with a Ryzen 3 2200.

Cons: None experienced

Overall Review: I would certainly recommend this board for anyone looking for a great deal on building a second generation Ryzen rig, especially if you plan on using a 2200 or 2400G processor. They all ship the bios to run these chips from the start. Unless you are looking for mega setups and have plans on adding a dedicated GPU when and if they actually come down to a reasonable price this board paired with a Vega APU/CPU this is your board out of the box. I have always had good experience with Gigabyte boards and over the years I have used many, you won't be disappointed with this board if you need what it provides.

Great Power Supply5/4/2018 4:41:27 AM

Pros: Semi Modular Exceptionally quiet and after monitoring it seems to supply extremely stable power. Quality as in unrivaled quality when it comes to power supplies as I have used just about every one out there and Seasonic is still the best quality PS I have used. Packaging if your into such is above and beyond any others.

Cons: None

Overall Review: If you have never owned a Seasonic go for it as you will not be disappointed I still have one that has made it through 3 different builds and is still going strong . This one went into a new build for the Mrs. Ryzen 3 2200 G and with the lack of a video card and this quiet Power Supply the rig is nearly silent, i mean amazingly quiet. If the price has steered you away in the past you really do get what you pay for with Seasonic. I can't comment on customer support as having used probably 5 in different builds I have not had a single problem with any of them. Quality is outstanding and this model is not an exception, well designed quality parts.

Mainstream OS5/4/2018 4:27:19 AM

Pros: Installation worked effortlessly on a new build for the Mrs. Seems the update bugs have been worked out as did not encounter any during install. Easy enough to ditch the tablet mode for traditional desktop . Installs drivers from the initial get go to have everything functional during the initial setup, then you can go and install drivers from the actual hardware suppliers or if someone is not so tech Savvy they can have a machine working in no time.

Cons: Evasive enough and persistent enough to where you have to put some time into deactivating a majority of the tracking and other annoying data mining software. Even then after spending that time you cannot disable everything in that respect and it is a waste of time.

Overall Review: As a mainstream OS for those of us who have to use MS for either work or gaming I would say this is a decent OS after spending some time disabling unnecessary bloatware. I still have one machine running windows 7 a couple of MBP and a few Linux boxes, after working on this OS a bit I do like it better than windows 7 at least for the Mrs and work for myself. My work laptop is running windows 7 enterprise and would actually prefer windows 10 over 7 but it will be a while before corporate rolls it out I am sure.

Had to RMA2/1/2018 4:25:15 PM

Pros: None yet will see how the seller handles it and then reply back

Cons: Booted half a chime and then dead, had a lot of scratches and dents more than I would have expected with checking the previous reviews. Hopefully the seller will make due on correcting this and if so I will report it here .

Overall Review: Bummer as I only wanted the product to work and it seems that the seller has elected to refund instead of either fixing or replacing the laptop. Disappointed but will look elsewhere unfortunately it cost me the shipping cost to send it back and I will see if he covered it , if not that really sucks .

Still early but looks promising4/17/2017 4:00:14 AM

Pros: Super small form factor very easy build. Components are of good quality along with the design, pretty simple design and they put some thought into it for both ease of build, cooling, and extremely compact yet enough room to assemble. Bios is good as well has all the necessary settings and pretty straight forward. M.2 ultra slot , supplied wifi set up .

Cons: Sata ports are a little funky as far as location which is beneath the Mobo and the connection at the Mobo is suspect. When first observed I was not to thrilled but it is functioning. Would suggest getting a m.2 HDD , I happened to have a 480 gig ssd so I used that instead and its working fine connected to the above mentioned sata port. Took some research and the supplied program from Asrock did not work had to use Intel's program to install Win 7 from a USB which you need to integrate USB drivers in the install drive image

Overall Review: Used it for an upgrade for my aging HTPC and it is working like a champ . Used a Skylake I3 and 8 gigs of ram with a 480 gig SSD working like a champ so far. Perfect for what I am using it for.

Worked great for 5 months2/12/2017 7:43:18 PM

Pros: Great browsing net book until it fails

Cons: quit working , trying to revive it in recovery mode for chrome OS so far epic failure and I am quite capable of simple task as it should be restoring this netbook but it seems borked . It will sporadically power up to only show no Chrome OS or it is damaged Very discouraging to say the least ........

Overall Review: Check other reviews to discouraged to do so myself but if you are planning on purchasing one check the other reviews. It was splendid for browsing the net and accessing all the google apps but now it is useless as it wont allow me to restore chrome OS let alone let me do anything, pretty much a brick. Last resort I will tear it apart but hopefully ASUS will step up and right the wrong .

Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for writing a comment for the product. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. This is a random problems since all ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections. The Chrome OS issue may be related to an unsuccessful OS update since this is being done over the air. To avoid corrupting the OS, please make sure the unit is getting excellent signal strength from a wireless router and internet service is working properly in order to avoid corruption during the update process. To recover the OS, you can also create a Chrome Recovery media using an external USB flash drive or memory card. You can download the OS image from the Google Support website. Pros: Easy Install , wicked fast and so far reliable , decent capacity for the price for a SSD

Cons: None

Good Deal6/12/2015 6:12:19 PM

Pros: Small form factor , quality refurb no blemishes and all the components seem in great condition . Fast enough for a internet/email small office computer

Cons: Only one to speak of but depends on your needs. No slot to add a PCIe Video card , integrated works ok but had hoped to install a vid card to improve video performance.

Overall Review: Built for Mom in Law and She loves it , installed a SSD drive and it rips well for a light use PC

So Far So Good6/12/2015 6:08:33 PM

Pros: Small and compact 8 ports at a reasonable price Gigabit

Cons: Not really a con maybe just be that I am so Old, the input port is port 4 not 1 that it has been for a long time

Overall Review: Great Switch if you need 8 ports , not time tested by myself but I feel confident it will do well. Have had a good experience with NetGear and expect the same wit this product

Sweet Panel2/15/2015 2:12:05 PM

Pros: Fast enough ms to Game on without any noticeable ghosting. Great contrast and clarity with an incredible amount or real estate to work with . (previously using 28") Affordable price for what you have invested in including craftsmanship, functionality, and excellent quality LED panel. Viewing 3D CAD models on this is simply amazing . I am a high rise construction Superintendent and my vision is not so great but viewing 3D models with this Panel is amazing, actually viewing anything is an improvement over previous monitors .

Cons: None so far as of this date but if in fact you plan on Gaming on this monitor make sure you have a good video card with 4 Gigs of Vram as I am going to upgrade from my GTX 680 (2 gigs of VRAM) to one that has 4 Gigs probably a R9 290X

Overall Review: CAD / CAM I have only used it to work with 3D Models but have to imagine it is equally impressive with any CAD based program. Gaming , unless you are in competitive competition (I no longer compete to fricking old) this is one awesome LED panel for gaming on .
