Pros: - Works really well with Macbook Pros 2019 editions, especially as developers, having two monitors is absolutely required to being productive! - Makes it easy to detach and walk into meetings

Cons: One developer I work with was still on High Sierra on Mac OS X; he downloaded the drivers there and it would not work with the two monitors. He then upgraded to Mojave, re-downloaded the drivers and now they work perfectly.

Overall Review: Yes, highly recommended to others especially if your team of developers are on Mac OS X (Mojave). Definitely would purchase again! What I would change: how the installation/driver support works. Would be great if it was plug and play but it looks like your Macbook Pros need to be upgraded to Mojave and download the drivers from the site. Definitely worth the hassle of the driver installation because it works so well afterwards!
