Fantastic monitor with on minor flaw, not the best customer support from MSI9/14/2021 4:39:19 PM

Pros: Fantastic picture, great color depth, super clear. Compared to Sony G7, less pixelated. Very nice swivel, tilt, and elevation options on the stand Fits the role for productivity and gaming very well and for an excellent price.

Cons: The monitor detaches too easily from the stand (isn't be a problem for normal use, see overall review for details) Doesn't rotate enough on the stand to allow easy access to the ports MSI didn't seem to care at all that I had problem with the monitor design. I asked for a discount on a replacement (since I bought 3 you would think they could do SOMETHING). All I got was a terse, "nope, we don't cover that, and we have no discounts available right now" (paraphrased)

Overall Review: The one thing that prevents this monitor from being 5 stars (urm, Eggs), is the how easy it is for the stand to disconnect. I bought three of these. I was, admittedly not correctly holding the monitor by the stand with one hand while attempting to plug in a cable. It was WAAAY to easy to accidentally hit the quick release button on the stand and, well, you can figure out the rest. One brand new, broken, 32 inch paper weight . MSI, please PUT SCREWS on your monitor stand! This is monitor is too big and expensive for a quick-release stand! I liked the monitor enough to buy a replacement. The learning experience with the rather large, hair-trigger monitor release has costed my a few hundred dollars, and MSI a couple of eggs.
