Fantastic value for the money for high end gaming

EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC HYBRID GAMING, 08G-P4-3178-KR, 8GB GDDR6, WATERCOOLED
EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC HYBRID GAMING, 08G-P4-3178-KR, 8GB GDDR6, WATERCOOLED

Pros: - Runs very cool. The Hybrid cooler does a great job keeping things cool while playing games like BF5, GTA5, Division 2, etc on ULTRA. Max temperature I saw was 39c. - This thing shreds games at UTLRA settings. I have run games at both 1920x1080 and 3840x2160 with no lag, no stutter, no issues of any kind. However, on 4k, you may find you will need to tone some settings as 60 FPS wasn't always achievable. In most cases, I ran HIGH settings and mixed in some of the ULTRA settings for optimal performance. - Quiet. Even when I did turn the pump and fan up to max, it was not noticeable. - Best bang for the buck. I can save you a lot of reading, Pcgamer, Tom's Hardware, etc... for the price, you can't beat this card.

Cons: - Pure 4k gaming isn't going to happen at 60 FPS. This should be expected as the only card out there doing that is the 2080 Ti but again, at half the cost, not a big deal. - Heavy Card. Not a big deal either but it does seem to weigh more than my 1080 Ti Hybrid that I had.

Overall Review: I couldn't be more pleased with this card. I had been on the fence about what to select but when it came down to it, I wanted to get a new card but not break the bank as we wait until a real jump in video cards from Nvidia. This 2070 Super has been a tremendous buy and I am thrilled with how it performs. If you want a great gamer that can handle just about anything you throw at it, look no further.

Solid gaming i9 platform

MSI MEG Z390 ACE LGA 1151 (300 Series) Intel Z390 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 ATX Intel Motherboard
MSI MEG Z390 ACE LGA 1151 (300 Series) Intel Z390 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: - RGB isn't in your face, it is there and it looks good. - USB 3.1 and C work as expect in regards to speed. - Motherboard layout is quite good. Easy to wire and plenty of fan connectors, especially at the top make this easy for multi-fan and CPU AIO kit setups. - M.2 heat shield works as described, easy to use. 3 slots are a nice touch. - Great secondary options like Bluetooth, fast Wifi, and Killer NIC. - Great overclocked via "Gamer Knob" on board is a cool touch and useful for those that are not OC pros.

Cons: - Top heat spreader is too large for some AIO builds. I had issues getting my H115 cooler to top mount due to fans riding right against it. Luckily, the case allowed for the top mounting to flip and provide additional 2 inches of clearance. - Funky LED Debug Code window. It shows legit codes that don't indicate a problem but they do change codes while running from time to time. I don't think this is a problem, nor could I find anyone complain about it via Google search.

Overall Review: Overall, this is a 4/5 for me. I really like MSI and have used them in many builds in the past. As always, they worked out of the box. Plenty of features to like on this board but be aware of fit in some of your tighter mid ATX cases. I think the price is a little high but if you are looking for a good starting spot for an i9 build, you have found it.
