Plextor = Awesome.

PLEXTOR Black 8X BD-ROM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-ROM SATA Internal 8X BD Combo Model PX-B320SA LightScribe Support
PLEXTOR Black 8X BD-ROM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-ROM SATA Internal 8X BD Combo Model PX-B320SA LightScribe Support

Pros: Plextor has a superb reputation and I can assure you they do not drop the ball on this drive. Just be aware this is an OEM drive. meaning no cables, BUT they do include PLEXutilities and BD-Suite with key. so honestly if you have a spare sata cable laying around, forget the retail and get the OEM version

Cons: No SATA cable, but comeon. nowadays most people have a bunch of these laying around

Overall Review: Blu-Ray support is fantastic. Ran everything I threw at it. DVD burning dual layers is fast as well as single layer. Standard CD/RW burning at max speed and Lightscribe all in one drive! yYou cant go wrong with this.

Great!

XFX GX260NADFF GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card
XFX GX260NADFF GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card

Pros: FAST. I got the 55nm version so Im happy since it will produce less heat and will be my last video upgrade untill DX11 cards ship intime for Windows7. Great performace for the Price! if your looking for a good video card for not a wallet buster price, GET THIS!. IMO, I would stay away from ATI cards still for a bit longer untill they work out there issues with there drivers as still some games have issues with ATI.

Cons: BIG. Then again you probably already knew this from all the other reviews and just the pictures of it. Just make sure you have room for it and to not overcrowd it cause it can generate some good heat. Also PLEASE make sure you have atleast 2 PCI-E 6 pin connectors from your PS. You can use the Molex->PCI-E but thse should be temporary and get a proper PS that has these and is rated for using 2 at once

ASUS VW246H Glossy Black 24" HDMI Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 ASCR 20000:1 (1000:1) Built-in Speakers
ASUS VW246H Glossy Black 24" HDMI Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 ASCR 20000:1 (1000:1) Built-in Speakers

Pros: Very large. 2ms. 16:9 aspect ratio. Great 1000:1 contrast ratio. VGA/DVI audio in and audio out (to use monitor as volume control. HDMI input for current HD devices like game consoles and blu-ray players

Cons: Not really a con but the speakers are pretty much junk. Then again you bought a 24" monitor for the monitor. Any enthusiest and serious gamer has a better audio setup anyway. No HDMI cable, but not really another con, just a nitpick

Overall Review: Stand is a little flimsy, but its nothing to cry over, it does the job still well and is a sinch to put together unlike S******'s force required to install a stand.

Great Board

DFI LP LT X48-T2R LGA 775 Intel X48 ATX Intel Motherboard
DFI LP LT X48-T2R LGA 775 Intel X48 ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: Great board. shipped with latest BIOS, worked flawlessly with Xeon X3350 45nm and 8GB DDR2 OCZ RAM.

Cons: As others have stated, the Northbridge heatsink. Have a ZALMAN 9700NT, I had to actually bend the northbridge heatsink in towards the center of the motherboard, so the CPU fan would even fit in withthe northbridge heatsink on. The SATA connectors if you have the SATA cable with the metal clips will be a really tight fit, almost to the point you may bend the sata connector if you not careful. but those are just minor things.

Overall Review: The soundcard given with it IMO is junk. you better off even getting a cheapo SB audigy or even a LIVE!
