Solid Performance
Pros: Board is well laid out with high quality components, and has performed great! Easy to install and setup, and the BIOS is intuitive and easy to navigate
Overall Review: This board has been tremendous to work with and performs great and is very stable even while OC
Failed after 3 months
Pros: - enclosure worked great to start with, then started having problems after a couple of months and will no longer mount any NVMe drives and fails if you try to initialize in disk management
Cons: - Product failed after a few short months
Overall Review: - The shipping was slow - no longer works after a few short months - not worth the money, now its just a paper weight - I've had problems with a couple of devices from Orico, and none of them are working regardless of platform - with multiple failures of products from Orico, I question their ability to produce reliable hardware.
Dead on Arival
Cons: could not get the system to boot. Tried a couple of different CPU's with no luck, kept coming up with a CPU error. So the unit was returned.
Overall Review: I've had very few motherboards arrive dead that are Asus over the past couple of decades building computers and servers, so this was a bit of a surprise. Normally Asus motherboards are of the highest quality.
Missing Parts
Pros: has great speed and connects to a number of devices without any issues
Cons: The product was suppose to come with a copper strip to adhere to the SSD for heat dissipation however it was not included in the box. So much for heat dissipation when there is no connection between the SSD and the case, so that makes it useless if doing significant use of the SSD. Very disappointed, and the instructions could use some work as well.
Overall Review: I would not recommend this product as others that I have used, come with all the parts.
Great Customer service
Pros: I ran into some issues with some hardware and changes made by my customer, and so I needed to make some changes. I had to cancel this order after submitting it, and they were great in communicating with me on the status of the shipping/return and cancelling of the order. Great to work with and very accommodating! Nice to have a positive experience where it could have been more challenging
Cons: Because this comes directly from China, it extends the turn around time from when you order to when it arrives. All things considered though, it was relatively quick to resolve this issue
Overall Review: You can feel confident that these guys will take care of your needs and pay attention to details for a successful server build.
Came with corrosion one one strip
I ordered a few of these for a couple of computers, & they work great, however, one of the light strips was corroded & unusable. So 5 out of 6 works great.
Works out of the box
Easy to change bracket for low profile install. It also works with Windows 10/11 native, meaning Windows recognizes the hardware & makes it available to the system without the need for additional drivers. However, The Driver (comes with dvd) is quick to install & further defines operating specs that may not be in the Windows native versions. I appreciate good hardware when Im building a system, especially servers, things run smoothly with good products.
Easy Install
Put this in a slim case & the fan was short enough to fit in with room to spare. It was quick and easy to install, and feels nice and solid once it's installed. Nice noise levels, not very loud.
