Excellent video card

EVGA 896-P3-1255-AR GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card
EVGA 896-P3-1255-AR GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card

Pros: Runs cool Mild power consumption for power of card High frame rates on all new games Far Cry 2 in the box Easy to overclock (Overclocks to SC version completely stable)

Cons: Very large card

Overall Review: When I opened the box, it chased my chihuahua into the corner and tried to claim dominance... Seriously, though, the card is massive. I was warned in reviews, but upon opening the box I was shocked. It looks like it ate three of my old 7950GTX cards! Best case I've owned

Sunbeam Transformer IC-TR-B Blue Steel ATX Full Tower Computer Case
Sunbeam Transformer IC-TR-B Blue Steel ATX Full Tower Computer Case

Pros: *Massive case with lots of room *Excellent number of expandable slots *Included fans help cool your system *Awesome looking front *Includes light-up fans and front grill *Accommodates lots of configurations *Heavy, sturdy design *Tool less bays

Cons: *Front panel shouldn't be forced upon in anyway (not really a con) *Will never use this to the full potential *Heavy *Tool less bays (can be a con) *Video cards don't always sit completely flush against the back of the case, which can cause you to pull the card forward with a screw (this is a little scary)

Overall Review: The way this case is designed is a major plus. The aesthetics are very pleasing to the eyes and it's just very cool looking. You should never be lifting a case by the front anyway, so if you break the front panel or door, it's your own fault. You're never going to have a problem putting anything and everything you want into this case. Get yourself a good power supply with long cables and you'll be happy. The tool less design can be a little daunting at first, but once I figured out how the rails worked, I will never go back again. I'm in the process of fixing my last build (motherboard and RAM all got killed...) and I will use the exact same case as before. This thing is a beast!

Drastic Improvment Over Stock

ZALMAN VF900 – CU 2 Ball VGA Cooler
ZALMAN VF900 – CU 2 Ball VGA Cooler

Pros: Immediately took 20 degrees off of the temperature. Extremely quiet. Sturdy design. Light weight. External fan controller.

Cons: Much larger than imagined.

Overall Review: Other than the size being larger than anticipated, nothing bad can be said. On a tight motherboard like the Asus A8N32-SLI Delux, you will NOT get one on each video card when running in SLI mode, since there will be no room. System set up is the following: Asus A8N32-SLI Delux motherboard, Athlon 64 X2 4400+ Toledo Core with Zalman CNPS 9500, Audigy X-Fi sound card, eVGA 7900GT CO video card with Zalman VF900, 2GB Kingston HyperX ram, Western Digital 250GB SATA hard drive

Excellent board, but tight fit

ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI X16 ATX AMD Motherboard
ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI X16 ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: Excellent motherboard and very stable. Lots of options and easy to update the bios. Easy install of the processor, ram, video card, sound card, and everything else you need. Has light to notify you when power is on to the motherboard.

Cons: Need to know how to make changes to the bios out of the box when using SATA HDD or RAID setup because it's configured wrong. Bios must be updated out of the box. Extremely tight fit. Only compatible with DDR ram and not DDR2.

Overall Review: Really, for everything this board can do and how stable it is, unless you feel that you absolutely must be running in SLI mode all the while having a physics card and sound card, then this is the board you want. Most people are just fine with a 7900 series card and a sound card. Configuration of system is Toledo core 4400+ X2 (overclocked to 2.4GHrz), Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe motherbored, 2GB Kingston HyperX ram, eVGA 7900GT CO video card, BFG 650W powersupply, Zalman CNPS 9500 AM2 cooling fan/heatsink, Sound Blaster Audigy X-Fi

Run all your games at highest settings

EVGA 256-P2-N584-AR GeForce 7900GT 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Supported KO Video Card
EVGA 256-P2-N584-AR GeForce 7900GT 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Supported KO Video Card

Pros: Powerful, beautiful, and a reliable workhorse. All games out there right now you can run on the absolute highest settings with full AA and AF. Fastest card I've seen.

Cons: This is the 7900GT CO, which I bought from NewEgg, with a larger cooling system. From what my friend has told me, the extra $30 he paid for this was not worth the still inadaquate cooling. Get the 256-P2-N583-AR and put on a Zalman cooling instead.

Overall Review: Runs Battlefield 2 with not stutter what so ever. Also, games like Oblivion and F.E.A.R. are COMPLETELY maxed out. The game it comes with won't detect all high settings as default, so just ste them yourself. Configuration of system is Toledo core 4400+ X2 (overclocked to 2.4GHrz), Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe motherbored, 2GB Kingston HyperX ram, eVGA 7900GT CO video card, BFG 650W powersupply, Zalman CNPS 9500 AM2 cooling fan/heatsink, Sound Blaster Audigy X-Fi

Powerful workhorse

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ - Athlon 64 X2 Toledo Dual-Core 2.2 GHz Socket 939 Processor - ADA4400CDBOX

Pros: This thing just won't slow down. Overclocks like a champ, too. Simply overclock it to 2.4GHrz and you basically have the Toledo 4800+ for much less money. Easy to install. Powerful processor for gaming and multitasking!

Cons: Stock cooling slightly adequate, especially for overclocking. Installing anything other than the stock cooler voids the warranty...

Overall Review: When I got this, I TRIED to slow it down. Ran Norton 2006, AdAware, Spybot, and Spyware Blaster while installing Far Cry, Battlefield 2, and voice chatting on MSN Messanger Live. Not once did it complain. Configuration of system is Toledo core 4400+ X2 (overclocked to 2.4GHrz), Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe motherbored, 2GB Kingston HyperX ram, eVGA 7900GT CO video card, BFG 650W powersupply, Zalman CNPS 9500 AM2 cooling fan/heatsink, Sound Blaster Audigy X-Fi
