Overall Review: The seller upgraded my shipping speed and shaved about three weeks off the shipping time. Just as a favor to me. I received this product in 4 days, when I expected it to take a month. VERY AWESOME. The product itself is high quality, no speed loss on devices connected to it, and extended the range on my wireless mouse and keyboard. I hope to go through this seller again in the near future.

I received my monitors quickly. There was a slight hiccup where the incorrect tracking number was given to Newegg from the seller, but it was quickly remedied. Regardless, I found their responses prompt and courteous, and to my satisfaction.

"you sound like you're standing next to me," my mother said, after I asked how well she could hear me. I was sitting in a basement next to a running HVAC blower and also a clothes dryer. I keep forgetting to turn it off, and it hasn't gone dead on me yet. Music is clear through it too. Intend to buy again after I lose this one. Or step on it or something. 10/10 on my expectations.
