Great Motherboard

Pros: Easy overclocker, 4.0 GHhz with an i7 on air, took all of five minutes. I was trying to lower volatages and went to low so i got a BSOD. Hit F12 and the motheroard has a spot labled Last known stable settings. Picked the stable settings and rebooted, ran great. It has 8 memory slots for multiple settings. You can set one for suicide runs, one for daily use and one for aggressive use. Boots in a normal amount of time, not sure what some folks are talking about. Looks good, although with the case closed up cannot really see it.
Cons: The Windows based overclocking utility. In general I suggest staying away from these and this one is no exception. Do it in the bios.
Overall Review: Are there better boards out there? Yes. Are there better boards in this price range? Not likely. Very solid construction, board, overclocks well, and decent layout on the motherboard. All in all for the price, I don't think it can be beat. So if your looking at this board, grab it don't look back and enjoy.
Meh

Pros: 1TB of storage for a decent price.
Cons: Oh where to start? No Vista 64 support, zero zilch nada. The drive itself works okay, sometimes is not recognized, but the backup software will not work. The work around is to use the built in windows software, according to the Seagate forum with no mention of 64 support. If I had know this I would have found another brand.
Overall Review: Between them killing their 1TB HDD with firmware updates and no support for their backup products in 64, I'd suggest staying away from Seagate for a long time. They got 2 eggs as I can drop and drag objects to the External HDD, that's all.
Solid card

Pros: Excellent card for what it is. I just installed this card in a machine I made for my mother. This card is a few steps up from integrated and overall increases the utility and usability of any machine. If your not a heavy gamer and are just looking to get better video playback, light gaming, and increasing the usability of your machine, this is the card for you. The fanless operation is excellent and as long as your case cooling is decent works well.
Cons: None so far.
Overall Review: If your looking for something a little more heavy duty for gaming and are on a tight budget I'd suggest the 4650.
