Great MB

Pros: • Great feature set w/o SLI, if you don't need it • Easy to set up including hardware and BIOS • It's very fast and stable
Cons: • None
Overall Review: I'm not an overclocker or gamer. I need a fast, stable i7 board for video editing. This one is perfect because I want a high-quality component without the added cost of SLI. I had no problems assembling the machine (every part is new). It posted on the first try. After a few BIOS tweaks, Vista Ultimate 64-Bit installed perfectly. I’ve also run Windows 7 RC 64-Bit using the Asus chipset drivers for the P6T Deluxe V2. They worked great. One more thought: I hate it when people bang a perfectly good product because they failed to find and/or read the specs before buying. You can easily find the specs for this MB on Google, and Newegg is under no obligation to list all the features it *doesn’t* come with. This MB delivers EXACTLY what it promises and thus deserves 5 eggs. • Intel Core i7 920 • ASUS P6T SE • Scythe Mugen-2 CPU Cooler • Corsair XMS3 6GB (3 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 SDRAM (8-8-8-24) • Sapphire 100248L Radeon HD 3850 512MB • WD Caviar Black WD6401AALS 640GB • Vista Ulti
AVOID!!! Cheap Plastic Case

Pros: Inexpensive, high capacity, descent transfer rate. Worked great while it was in one piece.
Cons: After a mere 3 months of careful use (I bought it in 4/2009), the case is falling apart and the card is now worthless--A complete waste of $XX.XX.
Overall Review: I've never dropped or abused this card. I use it in my AVCHD camcorder, so I take good care of it because it contains important memories. I've never had an SD/SDHC card break before. I guess this explains the low price.
Follow up: AVOID!!! Cheap Plastic Case

Pros: Decent performance, reliable memory, fast replacement service on the RMA'd first card.
Cons: The second card broke in the same place as the first, with less use in different gear.
Overall Review: I've had lots of SD/SDHC cards and only two have broken, both Patriot 16GB C6 SDHC - first, the original one I bought, and then the replacement product from the RMA'd card. I've been sharing the load lately with the equivalent Transcend 16GB C6 and it's worked great, no broken plastic. I don't think the problem is with me or my camera. The bottom line: Who cares how good the memory works if the case keeps breaking!
UPDATE: Nice set!

Pros: I really liked the set at fist. See my initial rreview below.
Cons: Stated having poblems with the lette "R" just afte one year of ownership. Works sometimes, doesn't other. Evey now and then, I get two or three Rs in a rrrrrow like the key got stuck. Googled the problem and found that multiple Micosoft keyboards have similarr problems. Opening and cleaning doesn't help. After reassembly more keys won't work.
Overall Review: Mouse is fine.
Excellent memory, great value

Pros: • Excellent brand reputation • Great value • Runs fine at 1600/8-8-8-24 at 1.60v. It may go lower--I haven't tried.
Cons: • My Starbucks frappuccino is empty :(
Overall Review: I don't overclock, I just want a stable system that runs as cool as possible. This memory works great for my needs. • Intel Core i7 920 • ASUS P6T SE • Corsair XMS3 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 1600 SDRAM (8-8-8-24)
Excellent i7 Cooler, Excellent Value

Pros: • Extremely efficient • Almost 1/2 the price of the best i7 coolers out there • Excellent quality build • Good mounting hardware • Quiet, high quality 120mm fan despite the fact that it's the fastest in my case (1,300 RPM)
Cons: • Large and heavy • Involved installation
Overall Review: I just ran the following test: (1) Turned the A/C off and got my office up to 90F. (2) Started Prime95 and took my wife out to dinner. (3) Came back >1 hr. later and the CPU was only at 77C! I was thoroughly impressed. As a testament to the Mugen-2's efficiency, the CPU temp typically drops by 20C within 5 sec. of stopping Prime95. Conclusion: A great value for a quality product and well worth the trouble to mount. • Cooler Master Centurion RC-590 • Antec EA650 650W PSU • Intel Core i7 920 • Arctic Silver 5 • Scythe Mugen-2 LGA 1366 CPU Cooler • ASUS P6T SE Motherboard • Corsair XMS3 6GB (3 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 SDRAM (8-8-8-24) • Sapphire 100248L Radeon HD 3850 512MB • WD Caviar Black WD6401AALS 640GB • Samsung SH-S223F 22X DVD±R DVD Burner • Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 64-Bit
