Pros: - item was in stock only in Newegg - shipping and fast processing is awesome - arrived within a day - very impressive

Cons: - well I got the digital key with the video card for RE9 However the key did not work, Nvidia's agent said it's a valid key but could be a regional thing that causes the error. I don't think Newegg is responsible, but this is totally B***t, I bought a very expensive card, I entitled to the game it came with and it is my right to take the card to anywhere I want, I do not accept the answer.
