Pros: i7 speed, GeForce GTX 1070 graphics, solid Cyberpower case
Cons: Windows 10 Home. I would prefer having Windows 10 Pro instead.
Overall Review: I play Fallout 4 and let the game decide the best graphics. The game is running super smooth on this computer with no drops in FPS. I do have the occasional game freeze up, but that's to be expected from time to time.
Pros: Sounds is deep and rich. The quality of the speakers are top notch as expected from Bose. Great for desktop/laptop setups.
Overall Review: I would highly recommend these speakers to anybody. Being a Bose customer, I knew these speakers would not disappoint me.
Pros: Louder, stronger, shielded, and still a Polk product.
Overall Review: I purchased this to upgrade the 10" Polk powered subwoofer. The 10" sub is still going strong, but I wanted something stronger. The 12" Polk sub was posted on sale and I couldn't pass it up. It is louder and a lot more thorough with bass producing.
Pros: Great cost for a UPS backup.
Handles and standard Dell desktop (500 watt Power Supply) and two 24" monitors with ease.
Overall Review: I like CyberPower UPS backup units. I have another one just like the one above already to use with my camera server and 8 port PoE switch. I have another CyberPower UPS (higher model) for my own desktop unit. It handles a 27" monitor, cable modem, wireless router, and small 4 port Gigabyte switch with ease.
Pros: Price (sale).
Multiple monitor setup.
Option to use included base stand or mount directly to desk.
Overall Review: They hold up two Sceptre 24" monitors that I purchased from Newegg at the same time of this stand. I used the option of mounting the stand directly to the desk and the stand is solid. The two monitors don't move unless I want them to.
VGA, DVI, and HDMI connections
Overall Review: I use these same monitors at work and I haven't had any issues with them. I didn't hesitate when these came up on a sale at Newegg, so I jumped on two of them. The fit the wife's office nicely.
Great air movement.
Multiple power connectors.
Colorful (if you can view them once installed).
Overall Review: I used these to replace the aging cooling fans in my 2U rack server for the storage drives. The old drives were very loud and one or both would squeal from time to time. I got these for their quietness and high CFM. These fit the bill perfectly. Easy to install with the dual option power connectors (I used the Molex connector). These fans move more air than my old ones, but I barely hear them, even with the server sitting next to me on my desk.
Pros: Polk Audio
Cheap price (at the time)
Hooks up easily
Overall Review: I have a Polk Audio center channel that I purchased through Newegg years ago and it's still running strong. This purchase was a no brainer since it's a Polk Audio product and it was on sale. Get this sub-woofer. You will not be disappointing.
Pros: Affordable, powerful, plug n play.
Pros: Convenient alternative for accessing hard drives, whether IDE or SATA.
Overall Review: I have had this model for over four years and it has been very useful. I bought it originally to help recover information from family and friend's hard drives. However, I use it more at my job now than anything. I build servers, rack and tower style, and this adapter works like a champ when testing drives coming back from customers or when someone needs a new drive tested because it failed when being used in a Raid configuration.
Pros: Affordable, setup as a kit for a matching pair of memory sticks
Overall Review: This memory was installed in a Toshiba Satellite L755-S5246 laptop running Win 7 Home Premium 64 Bit. The memory installed flawlessly and the system booted up with no issues. For the price, this is a great memory upgrade.
Pros: Stable, LCD display for voltage and other information, plenty of outlets, sleek design
Overall Review: I use this to maintain two PCs (camera server and personal) and two 27" LCD/LED flat screen monitors. I wanted something to give me plenty of backup for power failures and spikes. The pure sine wave feature is a nice bonus, but not something I was gunning for since these computers are nothing special. The power USB ports on the front are a nice touch. I can keep phones, tables, and other USB chargeable items juiced no matter what.
Pros: Small footprint, 1 Gbps data rate, easy to install and hide out of site.
Overall Review: I have this on my desk to save me from running extra Cat5 data lines from my main router. It works wonderfully with my camera server and my regular PC.
Pros: Great for connecting surround speakers in areas where you can run the wires in the wall.
Overall Review: I use this to connect my surround sound speakers in my apartment (which I can run wires in my walls). The white color blends perfectly with the base boards, so it doesn't stand out too bad.
Pros: Small and compact. Remote testing module helps for long distant testing of installed network cables. It has a case to hold the two testing modules.
Overall Review: I use this for home and work. It is so much easier to hook this up and test a network connection before actually installing the cable. The little carrying case is nice to keep the modules together at all time.
Pros: A good price (on sale), big performance boost compared to the OEM Dell hard drive, easy to install, doesn't take up much space which allows for better cooling.
Overall Review: My old Dell Studio is still chugging along after all these years. I'm using it as a camera server now and I wanted to upgrade the OEM Dell ATA hard drive with something more reliable and faster. This drive holds only the OS for the system which is why I opted for the 128GB SSD. The system runs smooth with no lag at all. I'm currently running two cameras and use a separate500GB ATA drive for storage.
Pros: Affordable, boosts the memory on a 5 year old Dell Studio desktop, works well with Dell systems, easy to install.
Overall Review: My old Dell Studio is still chugging along after all these years. I'm using it as a camera server now and I wanted to boost the memory from the OEM 2GB. The system runs smooth with no lag at all. I'm currently running two cameras and the system and new memory are running just fine.
Pros: Three antennas, 1GB ports, dual transmitting signal speeds, fast, bigger Wi-Fi range.
Overall Review: I originally bought this to replace an older D-Link D-615 router that I was having issues with. I fixed the issue with it, but went ahead and got the ASUS RT-N66U. This is a nice looking router and it blends in nicely with my Motorola SurfBoard SB6121 cable modem. The modem loves this new router since it is equipped with 1GB NIC ports. I am very happy with this purchase so far.
Pros: Great size, LED backlit, runs cooler, doesn't take up as much space as my older flat screen, thinner.
Cons: I'm using this on a Radeon HD 6450 graphics card via HDMI. The recommended resolution (1920x1080) from the card leaves a black edge about 7/8" wide around my screen. I haven't tried the DVI output to see if this fixes the issues. The image is super sharp and clear, so this really isn't a con though. I have gotten use to the black edge now.
Overall Review: I need something to replace an older 32" Toshiba flat screen I was currently using with my computer. The footprint with this LG LCD is a lot smaller and I don't feel as crowded now.
Pros: Large 46" display, cheap price (on sale at the time), Samsung quality, Internet ready
Cons: There was a small dent in the metal on the rear, but nothing to kill the rating. It had to be done at Samsung.
Overall Review: This TV was purchased to replace my aging 32" Toshiba LCD (which still works) in my bedroom. Awesome value here with no regrets on the purchase.
Pros: I needed to replace my older Motorola SURFboard modem with one that Comcast said would be compatible. It is cheaper to buy a modem than lease one from then.
Cons: No cons here to report. It works like it should, the first time.
Overall Review: Even though Comcast isn't all that great, this modem works great.
Pros: Wireless, inexpensive, and compact size. The print quality is great such a inexpensive laser printer.
Overall Review: This wireless printer was replacing a older Samsung laser printer (non LAN or WLAN). Works as its suppose to.
Pros: The great price is what made me decide this TV. Free shipping made this an ever sweeter deal. This TV was easy to hook up and start watching.
Cons: I was a little dissappointed with the RCA Audio outputs. I hooked it up to my stereo receiver and sounded garbled. I unhooked one of the RCA channels and it cleared up some. I changed out the cables to make sure that wasn't the problem, but that didn't help. I know the receiver works like it should, I have had this receiver for many years and works great.
Overall Review: The audio outputs are a disappointment, but will not deter me from giving this TV a high score. The price, image quality and easy setup won hands down. I use this as a bedroom TV and it fits nicely. The sound from the TV works well for the bedroom use. I think they would be a little weak for a living room setup. Either way, this TV is a winner in my books. Thanks NewEgg!
Pros: Fits the bill to connect my PS3 to my JVC digital receiver. Inexpensive, excellent fit and build quality of this cable.
Overall Review: As always, Cables Unlimited and Newegg come through. Thats why I keep coming back.
Pros: Inexpensive, works great with my PS3 and Toshiba 32" flat screen.
Overall Review: Cables Unlimited has always served me well for high quality and inexpensive cables. Newegg's cheap prices for products and shipping are great too!
