A lot of board for your money
Pros: alc1200 audio m.2 heatsink Intel LAN
Cons: There a small RGB element that is active even when your PC is off. I immediately turned it off in the bios. Memory slots only use 1 lever. Seriously, how much more would 2 levers cost?
Overall Review: This was on sale for 90 dollars. The cheapest comparable AM4 board was 130. This was what pushed me onto to the intel path. Yes, you're limited on your ram speed, 2666 in my case. I bought some low latency 2666 ripjaws to go with it. I will note that enabling XMP disabled c-states 6 and 7. My friend bought this same board. He already had 3200 ram from a previous build. XMP wasn't an option in his bios.
CT
Pros: Great at first.
Cons: Wears out quickly. I've had this for 6 months but the grainy surface wore off far before now. I'm guessing it was gone in 2 months, using it 16 hours a day.
Overall Review: I have no life.
king of budget
Overall Review: for 100 dollars, this thing can't be beat.
my peeve
Pros: it works
Cons: I hate these single lever memory slots. I felt like I was going to break something getting the RAM slotted.
Overall Review: if it's cheap, buy it.
It's dead
Overall Review: It died 2 months in.
Almost Painful
Pros: Software is pretty good for it.
Cons: It's just too uncomfortable to use. My index finger won't lay flat on the mouse, it hovers over it. After about 10 minutes I realized my finger was starting to hurt where it meets my hand.
Overall Review: Unlike a right handed mouse that is contoured to your hand with a gradual slope, this is not.
