Pros: No "swirls"
Can perform massive functions
Great sound reproduction
Cons: No DIMM slot can't upgrade memory
Have to take off back cover for service
battery tery difficult to replace
Headphones are a "2nd audio device" (have to use drop down bar)
CD Tray slow to respond
Not recommended for gaming (as is)
Overall Review: Do not buy this computer if you intend to upgrade because there is no place to put the dimm. It comes with 8Ghz and that's all you get. (DDR4) It will get the job done. I have been satisfied with the performance. If you DJ, it's a great computer. No "swirls", can handle massive work loads, stays relatively cool (one fan). You have to take off the back to perform sdarvice. I would recommend the Ryzen 7.
Pros: It's a good keyboard. It works well. It does what it's supposed to.
Overall Review: None
Pros: Great Performance showing DVD's.
Pros: Handles everything easily. No complaints
Cons: Constant crashes, signal loss. Takes too long ton open.
Overall Review: It's picture at best, is average. I've had to reinstall it so many times that i'm just uninstalling it altogether. This is an quad-core win/7 laptop. You have to want to babysit this tv card. Not me.
Pros: Looks good online.
Cons: Turned on computer. No display. All fans and parts working.Took my Ultra X2 from other computer and used that. Worked fine. The psu has to regulate the fan speed during different phases of the computer operation. The Enermax operated with a very high speed throught. Also, it did not come with the screws and power cord that were clearly shown. In my opinion, it is not worth the rebate as this is being returned for a refund to purchase a different unit
Overall Review: Always have a working power supply that you know works! A psu that powers on but does not supply power in the right manner shows the same sings as a defective cpu. These power supplies need to be tested before they are sent out.
Pros: Made for panoramic 3D. Upgraded from Radeon 4830. More colorful, more depth perception resulting in faster gaming speed.Smooth, even spread of colors in internet use. Internet videos, news feeds, etc. all great. DVD's are what you would expect from a 5830. I'm running XP Home with a 6000+ with max mem for XP. I would like to read what someone who is running Win 7 with 16Gz of mem has to say. You can tell that it is a big card made for a big case as it uses 12 pin power. Uses same ATI drivers as 4830(ATI Catalyst)
Overall Review: Mine came with $30.00 rebate and a free game! BTW if card does not work try using another PCI slot.
Pros: I have a Recording Studio at home. It's very important that I have good burning decks. This SONY Deck is great! Doesn't miss any burns and burns fast. Plays DVD'S very well also. SATA deck is easy to install
Overall Review: In 2005 I had to buy a replacement burner for my Dell. From Dell, I brought a SONY DVD burner from Dell (IDE). It's still burning today!
Pros: Absolutely brilliant stunning picture! I'm using an ATI 4830 Video Card and there's nothing like it. My 32" flat screen does not compare to this picture. Using Free Scan I receive every channel and every channel can be adjusted to receive the perfect picture. Simply plug the usb remote sensor and the remote control works great. The remote control works like a real TV remote control. This unit will deliver great satisfaction. (Read Cons!) Also comes with it's own TV Guide, DVD software and other add-ons!!!!!!
Cons: This box should have on it in large letters "FOR EXPERIENCED USERS ONLY!" Installation is difficult and is a combination of properly reading the directions (possibly many times) and your computer knowledge. If you're the one for the job (and it is a job) you won't be disappointed!
Overall Review: The installation instructions are almost useless. If there were only one antenna outlet instead of two the installation instructions would basically be useless. I've installed many TV cards. Great card, but tuff to install.
Pros: Worked good immediately. Easy to install. Using Jetway HA04 Extreme MOBO. Great picture. The detail enables you to see farther. Combined with Microsoft Razer Gaming Keyboard defeated Guardian and completed Doom 3. I have a temp controlled 120mm fan blowing directly on the card, front and rear 120's and a "helper" 80mm for the cpu fan. I also brought a 2yr ext warranty.
Overall Review: Make sure that you keep your computer cool with proper fan ventilation
Pros: It's a lot of motherboard. It looks very impressive with its cooling system and heat sinks. It runs just as good. Very quiet. Look at the board the first time you turn it on because it is so quiet. It has a digital reader built into it. I'm running it with an 6000+ and 4gb of DDR2 and a Ultra 550w modular ps
Overall Review: you get an e-sata card, usb card. The e-sata card has a molex attachment built into it. You also get a flash(storage) drive with 2 usb ports built into it
Pros: Runs very quiet. Very impressed.
Overall Review: none
Pros: Put it in a build. The client loves it. All he does is talk about how fast his computer is. (I built it for him using AMD 5000+,Asus M2A-VM-HDMI mobo,550ps.
Overall Review: I have a Jetway HA04 Extreme gaming mobo. I might get 2gb dimms of g skill.
Pros: Great board for the price! The drivers are great! Installation was great! DirectX 10 gives you the best picture. Good fast response. Running it with AMD 4600+ 1Gb DDR2. 6 sata ports. North and Southbridge chipsets grt the job done very well.
Overall Review: Sound quality through headphones is very good too.
Pros: I have been using this HD in builds for about 2 yrs. I got one myself . I'm using an Ultra 550w modular ps. Jetway HA04 Extreme gaming mobo, Athlon 6000+ w/ 4ghz DDR2. I have a lot of room with the 250gb. The response from the computer is great.
Overall Review: Got it with free shipping too!
Pros: This is a lot of motherboard! You can tell its made to take the heat. I'm running it with a AMD 6000+. It has a digital reader built into the board. It ran so quiet that the first time I turned it on I wasn't looking into the board and I turned it off. I wondered what was wrong. I look at the board, press the button and it comes on. I still can't believe how quiet it runs.
Overall Review: Buy your 6000+ as a boxed set with fan. You wont be disapointed.
Pros: I got it with a fan (boxed). The fan is great. Runs very quiet
Pros: It was made as big as it could be.
Cons: It was made as big as it could be. Installation is difficult.Hardly any room in top area. The spring loaded clamps for 939 installation are very poorly made. They burst upon initial installation making the unit useless.
Overall Review: The Athlon FX2 processors are very good. However the clamping system ia absolutely terrible. 775 uses an attatchment plate and screws or pushrods AMD uses clamps that have not changed in 15 years
Pros: This television uses the ATI Xilleon picture processing chip. DTV, HDTV, 3D are all awsome. I already own an ATI Radeon X1550Pro video card(512mb). I play a lot of video games. Also, there is a Sony store nearby where I compare pictures and prices. Picture wise you could not tell the difference if the tv's were swithched. However, as a computer user, builder, and gamer I would go with the ATI chip as it is a proven performer. It's not really an Olevia tv it's a Olevia/ATI tv. Price wise. I got it refurb $449.00!
