Perfect for HTPC

Logitech K400 Plus Wireless Touch Keyboard with Built-In Touchpad for Internet-Connected TVs
Logitech K400 Plus Wireless Touch Keyboard with Built-In Touchpad for Internet-Connected TVs

Pros: - worked flawlessly out of the box - good battery life - can even control bios/efi with this which is great because my last wireless keyboard would not work till the OS booted

Cons: - placement of DEL key is kind of annoying - not a fan of the way the arrow keys are arranged but i understand why that was done - shift and return keys are a bit small

Overall Review: - cant think of a better alternative for living room PCs. been recommending this product for years and now i finally got around to needing one - takes a bit of getting used to for large quantities of typing

Ideal for living room PC

V8 Portable Wireless Air Mouse Keyboard Combo Aerb 2.4GHz Mini Wireless Keyboard with Mouse Touchpad Rechargeable Combos
V8 Portable Wireless Air Mouse Keyboard Combo Aerb 2.4GHz Mini Wireless Keyboard with Mouse Touchpad Rechargeable Combos

Pros: - all the buttons work right out of the box with windows - multiple left and right click mouse buttons so you can choose the position that is most comfortable for the task you are doing - pretty comfortable to use despite its size

Cons: - feels a bit cheap (because it is cheap) - took almost 4 weeks to arrive (but that is to be expected from an asia based vendor)

Overall Review: - great for an HTPC environment where you are mostly using arrow keys and media buttons - dont buy this if you are planning on frequently typing

Great AM4 Cooler!!!

ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 33 CO 120mm Dual Ball Dynamic Bearing Semi Passive Tower CPU Cooler
ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 33 CO 120mm Dual Ball Dynamic Bearing Semi Passive Tower CPU Cooler

Pros: - the included fan works very well - product feels very solid - mounts onto stock AM4 backplate for quick installation - includes sufficient amount of good quality compound for the first installation - have it set so the fan only comes on if the cpu temp reaches 45C so its mostly quiet during non gaming tasks

Cons: - no paper manual so you have to go online and get one (not a big issue for me but this could affect some people). - the rubber spacers you need to install for a push fan config are though to separate from the sheet by hand. (not a big issue for me, just cut them out with scissors).

Overall Review: - on an AM4 config, make sure you compare the screws you removed from the board to make sure they have the same gauge and thread as the ones that come with the cooler because they are all in one baggie and some of the intel screws look the same. - you need to play around with your board controllers fan settings and temperature thresholds to make sure the fan doesnt blow 247

It works

Thermaltake TR2 W0441N 600 W ATX12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Power Supply
Thermaltake TR2 W0441N 600 W ATX12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Power Supply

Pros: - good psu for a decent price - the leads are very long - running an r5 1600, a 1050ti, 5 hard drives, and 6x120mm fans with no issues

Cons: - does not come with any packaging besides a layer of bubble wrap. was pretty much a bare psu in the shipping box. im cool with that if its the reason why the price was decent. - cables do not have any sort of covering which is not a big deal because my computer case doesnt have a big window - the noisiest component in my build but closing the case helps get rid of the noise

Cant beat that price!

ROSEWILL ATX Full Tower Gaming Computer Case, Supports up to 420mm Long VGA Card, 5 Fans Pre-installed, Fan Speed Control - NIGHTHAWK 117
ROSEWILL ATX Full Tower Gaming Computer Case, Supports up to 420mm Long VGA Card, 5 Fans Pre-installed, Fan Speed Control - NIGHTHAWK 117

Pros: - the most affordable case i could find that could fit a full GPU and has room for 8 HDDs - comes with lots of fans - lots of front IO - cable management and other access holes are well placed and abundant

Cons: - vent fins at the top are kind of flimsy - top is not flat so its a little precarious when you want to rest USB devices or small objects on the top of the case (phone, hdd, camera, usb DVD burners, etc) - i do not trust or use the built in fan controller and most motherboards have better alternatives to manage fans - molex connectors for the fan controller and sata bay are pretty poor quality - wish the case came with fan splitter cables instead of that stupid controller because my board only has connectors for 3 system fans and the case includes 5 so i had to buy splitters - cant turn off the lights on the front fans - no dedicated mounts for 2.5 inch drives even though there is plenty of space to locate them so im temporarily using a 3.5 bay while awaiting an adapter to mount SSD in an optical bay - some of the screw holes and stand off holes are a bit tight because of the way the case was painted - case is clear sided which is kind of useless since most full tower owners keep their systems on the floor

Overall Review: - despite the long list of cons it is still a very solid case, i would still recommend this - wanted a case so i could move all my bulk storage drives into one unit instead of having them spread across 3 other computers and this one has plenty of capacity for that and you dont need to pull out a drive cage to fit a full sized GPU - first ever Rosewill purchase and it actually surpassed my expectations. was really nervous about ordering something from this brand for several years - cant think of anything even comparable to this case at the price point i purchased it for - its a unique blend of some cheap features with a bunch of robust features

Good Compound

ARCTIC MX-4 Thermal Paste, Carbon Based High Performance Thermal Compound for All Coolers, Thermal Interface Material, 2 Grams
ARCTIC MX-4 Thermal Paste, Carbon Based High Performance Thermal Compound for All Coolers, Thermal Interface Material, 2 Grams

Pros: - it worked - syringe tip makes it easy to apply compound accurately

Cons: - the syringe body its a bit too long which could make it a bit awkward to use in certain applications

Overall Review: - its always good to have some thermal compound in your collection of tools and spare parts because you never know when you might need to swap out an ill fated cooler or heatsink or revive an older machine
