Pros: -Delivery went smoothly and setup process was great -Computer worked really well for three weeks

Cons: -Broke within the first three weeks (computer stopped sending signal through display ports, I couldn't connect any monitor, keyboard or mouse) -Newegg doesn't support this product, and instead referred me out to ABS for support -Went through a week of troubleshooting to end up having to return the device (keep your original packaging for a few weeks to make sure everything is fine before you ditch the materials) -Had to pay out of pocket to prep the computer for shipping back, they did provide a UPs label though. UPS offers a pack up service where they fit it into a box and helped ship it out

Overall Review: Hopefully I just had a dud machine but my experience with Newegg after the device broke was not great. Currently waiting for a replacement device to be sent to me, fingers crossed there are no further issues.
